I was overcharged. I filled the gas.. for 1 day cost was 200$, which was initially 30$ per day rental. I still can’t believe it. The radius of travel as 5 km so I wood have drive 10-15 km max

Robert FOverall terrible experience. Not just from one location but customer service line as well. Originally had 7am booked in Colwood, get there no truck, talk to u haul representatives he said go at 9 there will be truck. Go at 9 no truck. Meanwhile all your texts read “ your truck is guaranteed pickup for 7am and this location” not even close. Originally had topaz pick up as I live downtown. Bussed all the way to colwood at 6am to have no truck and U-Haul representative straight up lying and not helping at all. My whole moving day experience was a disaster as I had everything planned out. I ended up needing to go to ANOTHER location in Langford after they finally found a truck. Spent 2.5 hours running around wasting time and money. Got a $50 refund from something but I don’t think that’s enough after spending over $450 with you all, wasting my time and money in the morning. Would like to hear back if this is a common situation u deal with. Also the truck was so dirty and smelt awful
