I was charged a $20 “After Hours Service Fee” even though I tried several times to complete the return process through the app. I entered my phone number and attempted multiple times to receive the confirmation code, but the code never arrived. Since I could not complete the process due to this issue, I followed the instructions, left the key in the designated drop box, and left. I don’t think it is fair to charge me an additional $20 for a problem with the return/confirmation system that was not caused by me. Very disappointing experience.

The staff at the Goldstream Food Market location are awesome! I was having a bad day, and they went above and beyond to make it better.
Adrianna DThe truck rental worked as it should, but lacked general cleaning. It was hard to even look out the drivers side of the windshield due to a mess running down the inside of glass. The seats were covered in dog hair by the looks of it, like everywhere. I have allergies and it wasn't a great way to start the morning. Plus the floors were still covered in a mess.of rocks, dirt etc..Looks as though it was returned and just sent right back out without any cleaning.
