In and out in like 5 minutes. If you're the kind of person who expects these places to look and feel like a car dealership you should hire movers, they're not like that at all. I picked up from an auto repair shop and dropped off at some kind of bonkers general store and it was perfect at both locations. The only hiccup was trying to get anything done with the actual U Haul people who were slow and dumb. I guess I could have just said "true Americans" it means the same thing.
