Upin arrival to pick up Uhaul truck the location does take you 2 miles further away we found it but it was wor. The lady on the phone wouldnt release truck to me because the booking was in my husbands name and not mine. I spoke with 2 uhaul reps before pickup to have his name removed after we finally got it fixed then the locations lock box was not working and we couldn't get it open the gentleman came out and stated the lock gets stuck. If your aware why not fix it? Then he gave me hard time about leaving with truck because he thought he had to do paperwork with him and after telling him multiple times I already completed everything he still insisted he wanted my id and wanted me to wait for his boss to call back and verify I could take truck.
