Couldn't change my payment card because no one on site and guy wanted me to say it out loud in public place. Judging by set up it likely is common that the u haul trained people are not on site much.

SANOOP KCabin of the Vehicle was cleaned and maintained, however outer body was not cleaned. This may be due to the prevailed weather and road condition. Overall I am satisfied and would like to take the services again whenever I will require.
Irfan GRepresentative needs to fully understand rental agreement. He did not know how to include insurance in the agreement and communicated to us that if we book the truck for 3 days and bring back after 2 days you still pay for 3 days. The employee came very close to backing into my car. He needsto be aware of his surroundings at all times.
ALVIN CI have to say yes to the recommend, but do so with caution. I have never used U-Haul before and when I dropped the trailer off no one mentioned that return receipts would be emailed. When I asked for one. The person I think was the manager told me to go find one! That to me was border line rude. One of the others then mentioned all this was done on line now. No where as neat and tidy as the employees of the El Centro company. I got the feeling that U-Haul was of secondary importance to the Car Wash business in Saskatoon. How to improve... I don't know. In this I am probably as much to blame as the manager, but I am the customer!

Gail MTruck petrol level was below half on pickup when this was told to the person who have hand over the truck he assure me that at the time of truck return you can return at same value but on return I have to face trouble as the person at the receiving point didn’t acknowledged my point and ask me to contact the pickup agent to contact me . I called the the pick up area twice but there was no answer.

Brandon PMy experience with Good Morning Car Wash was alright. I was a little confused when I was handed a phone to speak with another worker via call to finish the transaction, however, things moved smoothly once I got an idea of what was going on. It was a busy morning, and I think the customers before me were a little agitated. I did notice that the workers were Korean and seemed to not speak English as a first language, which, I have seen in the reviews, has put off some customers, however, I am used to the kinds of language barriers and customs in this culture, so I was not upset by anything. I think for future customers, it is important to keep what I mentioned above in mind, as I have seen some reviews that rate this location poorly based on the demeanor of the workers. I think it is important to be patient with the workers and treat them respectfully. Overall, I was able to secure my truck no problem and was able to return in properly and on time as well.
JULIAN YWe wanting to be early like 8:30 due to train we got delay so thos area is npt good if ur in a specific time frame. Maintenance, it was morning when we have it checking just normal truck but when evening comes we cant drive due to poor light needs replacement we cant replace it and we cant drive it away without another car onfront . Here is the tricky part when we put the pick up address to the plac3 where we drop our stuff there is no uhaul drop off. Inst3ad we just put pick up and drop off location. When we drop of the truck that afternoon they charge us extra $70 for extra mileage? Im not traveling to pick up and just drop off. There is no uhaul drop up on the town i live so i have to use different drop off place in which is near to pick up location. I dont get it. We pay for rental of the truck, we pay gas and now also mileage? We fill up the tank full and only used 75% and they said no refund for gas not consumed. Wow!!! Lesson learned and experienced.

Jason HIf I could give this location zero stars I would. Horrible pick up and drop off interaction. Upon pick up trailer was jammed so far in a snow bank that I was not able to get the trailer onto my vehicle and had to get creative to get it hooked up. After completing all paperwork online and submitting my drivers license online in the morning as requested, I still had to wait around for 12-15 minutes while some guy on a cellphone completed the contract. Trailer itself was just what I needed. Return process was worse than pick up experience. Very small lot and attendant expected me to back the trailer into a spot with almost no room due to other uhauls not being parked in any semblance of reason. Again I park a lot of trailers so I was able to make it work. Was random charged a $20 coverage charge which I will be disputing. Will never use this location again and will never recommend anyone else to rent from this particular location or even U-Haul at all.

Ty HWalking into the location there was nobody at the desk. I saw a sign that said for uhaul inquiries, call the number that was displayed. After doing that I was put through to voicemail and I left a message....never did get a call back. Shortly after somebody running the alternate business at the dropoff came to the desk and apologized indicating they were very busy, and just to unhook the trailer in the gated area. This is a closed trailer and did not have a hitch jack. I asked for one, and personnel said I should be able to just unhook and drop it without a jack, so I proceeded to do that which seemed kind of unusual and dangerous, but I got it unhooked. As I was leaving personnel came out to verify the trailer I returned.
TREVOR UThe owner really struggled with English, but had a person to check me in by phone... This was OK. The trailer lot had not been cleared of snow for many weeks. About an 8" buildup of snow on top of deep icy ruts. Needed a 4wd truck to navigate the lot. The trailer I was to rent was behind a double parked unlicenced trailer so I had to hook up and move the unlicenced trailer before I could hook up to mine. This location does not have any trailer tongue jacks and they expect you to grunt the 250 lbs tounge off the ground onto your hitch while standing in 8" of snow on top of ice ruts. Thankfully the gentleman was willing to help me. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN!!!

KEVIN WThis comment has nothing to do with either location, it has to do with the phone number under the Drop Off Equipment and Drop Off Address portions of the Equipment Contract I was provided. The number shows as (306) 808-0393. When I called this number a pleasant lady answered the phone. When I told her I had a truck to drop off she politely told me I needed to call U-Haul and hung up. It is my understanding that the number that is supposed to be called is 1-587-773-5588.
TERRY KWhen we arrived at the location prior to our pick up time there was a line of customers that had been attempting to get their truck for hours. The people who worked there claimed they were new and didn’t know how to return trucks. So the trucks were all there at the location for everyone but the workers claimed to not know how to put them into the system. They then sat and watched sports while everyone waited in line. They provided a phone number that was not even for someone who worked for the company. Finally when the regional manager was phoned the workers suddenly remembered how to do their job. Truck was recieved 1 hour late but we were still charged for the full 6 hours. Also paid for a dolly and did not recieve. Worst experience ever. Do not go here.
Ty JAbsolutely disgusting. The owner doesn’t speak any English. Gave us our U-Haul on an empty tank of gas and dirty - Q tips and broken glass in the back. When we pointed this out, the owner told us to go fill up to a 1/4 tank of gas and we would receive a discount. Filled up 30$ of gas to get to 1/4 of a tank. Drove and returned it with 1/8 of gas . 22 miles of gas left more than what we got it. More than what we started with and no discount provided. Would have never filled up to 1/4 of a tank had we known we wouldn’t get a discount. Instead we got a fuel charge. I would never rent or recommend from this location. Terrible operations - he’s too busy running his car wash and the U-Haul was disgustingly dirty.

Birair KI initially tried to rent on 10' cube van from the Millar St. location in Saskatoon. The attendant told me that I cud only have the van for a 4 hr period. That didn't serve my needs. The next day on a whim I stopped by the Stillwater St location where I had rented before. They had no trucks at all which seemed strange however the attendant made a reservation for me at the Gray St. location. All went well after that. Idk how much autonomy each franchise has but the attendant at the Millar St location is NOT doing the UHaul brand any favors. He came off like an articulate used car salesman at best and the following day when I drove past there were 3-4 cube vans sitting idle....
