When I went to book the truck, I put down that it was to be picked up at 7 AM. Then I was told by the proprietor of this location that they were not open until eight. Then I got there at eight and the individual working could not help me and I did not get on the road until nine. The truck itself was very good and the drop off was easy. It would seem that the communication with the pick up needs to be improved at this location. There was another individual also waiting for the same thing who had the same experience.

Theresa FThe man at the location didn’t even work for UHaul so he was super unhelpful. But then when I went to drop off the truck, he completely took over and wouldn’t let me finish my online drop off steps. He took the keys, laughed in my face and shut the door when I showed him my phone how I have to submit pictures and whatnot. SOOO unorganized. If you’re going to make it difficult for customers to do pickup & drop off outside of regular hours, just don’t even offer the option. This place is a dumpster fire and the man was extremely rude and considering I’m a young female, he assumed I had no idea how to run a truck. Pathetic. After reading the Google Reviews for this place, it sounds like this isn’t an uncommon experience and I too will be discouraging this place from anyone.
