Sevi NThe gentleman that was behind the desk did not speak very good English and was very hard to understand. He then called his manager and he explained everything to me via Skype so maybe a step that could have been avoided under different circumstances
Carrie FYour rates and extra charges should be more clear.
PETER AUpon entering, there was a gentleman behind the counter. He gruffly asked if we had an appointment when we talked in and we said we had a U-Haul booked for 2:00 pm. He said nothing. Dialed a cell phone and just handed us the phone - we talked to someone (no idea who) - who took some info and told the other guy which keys to give us. Handed us keys and sent us on our way. Other than that no communication. Very offputting environment. We’ll stick to other locations for pick up in the future.
