Linda KWhen I booked the car through the app, I was charged $58. However, after returning the car, my total came to $93 I drove only 40 miles, did not refuel, and returned the car after 4 hours, even though I had booked it for 8 hours. Thank you, but I will never come back to this office again.
Oleg GMy orignal location (605 Gray Ave) was switched by Uhaul to a location 8 km further away. I was called the day before & told the vehicle had broken down & none available at the original location. I asked not to pay for additional distance to the new location, I was told that I had no choice but to pay. I called the original location, the owner told me he had 4 vehicles available. I was confused why Uhaul told me a lie the vehicle breaking down and wanted to drive faraway so I pay more. At the original location, the owner has no respect for customers. He says his location has the best customer service. Speaking from experience, it has bad customer service. I would definitely not recommend.
