There is a tremendous scope for improvement when it comes to customer service at Sutherland location. My recent vehicle return experience was completely unacceptable due to the hostile and dangerous behavior of a representative named Richard. When I arrived to return the van, Richard was incredibly rude and falsely accused me of changing the dashboard settings from miles to kilometers. I explicitly told him that I had photographic proof of the mileage from both the start and end of my trip. Another representative named Mor, who had originally handed over the vehicle to me, eventually confirmed it was set earlier before handing over vehicle to me. More alarmingly, Richard created a severe safety hazard during the vehicle inspection. I was standing near the cabin while the driver-side door was wide open. Richard attempted to make an unsafe exit from the vehicle while it was still engaged in reverse gear. Because the van was moving backward, the open door struck me. I somehow managed to brace myself to avoid a serious injury, but his reckless behavior could have resulted in a catastrophic accident. Furthermore, given the chaotic and hostile nature of this interaction, I am skeptical about the accuracy of the final charges. I am unsure if I have been billed correctly, particularly regarding.
