My orignal location (605 Gray Ave) was switched by Uhaul to a location 8 km further away. I was called the day before & told the vehicle had broken down & none available at the original location. I asked not to pay for additional distance to the new location, I was told that I had no choice but to pay. I called the original location, the owner told me he had 4 vehicles available. I was confused why Uhaul told me a lie the vehicle breaking down and wanted to drive faraway so I pay more. At the original location, the owner has no respect for customers. He says his location has the best customer service. Speaking from experience, it has bad customer service. I would definitely not recommend.

Alida AThe person helping at Good Morning Car Wash had to call U-Haul to confirm my reservation even though I completed such on my mobile device which wasted a lot of time. Additionally the equipment used was super dirty. I will 100% be going to the actual U-Haul on miller avenue in Saskatoon going forward.

AMANDA ERented a 15 ft truck. Drove 7 miles put in 7 liters gas costed me $100. Was charged $37 extra in a fuel charge. Will not use this location again.
