The lady that was helping us was so unprofessional she wanted to overcharge us and then she still charges what she wanted. We had to go back to get a refund and just get charged for what was told originally we were told 217 and she wanted to charge us like three something and then this morning I woke up to another $171 charged so I’m gonna go up there and ask why she keep charging our card and to take off the card there is no reason for her to keep our card on file whatsoever

15’ truck we rented didn’t start. Truck not working. We used a smaller truck bc of it.
