This location was shady and was locked when I returned the vehicle. Two gentleman were there but did not have access to the building. I was charged for a clean up and the truck was not dirty when I returned it. Called back to speak with the owner and she claimed there was dog hair left in the back of the truck and it was dirty, however, I don't have a dog! There was nothing left in the back of the truck nor in the front. Would not recommend this location to anyone.Rosa N.

I tried to use your app to check out. Three times. It did not work. I called the 800- number to check out. After 22 minutes and 30 seconds I finally hung up and placed the key and the contract in the box. When I called the location the next day they said that they got the vehicle and they would email me a receipt. It is over a week now and I am still waiting for a receipt.John B.

More variety of trucks. I got a 15 foot, but needed a 17 foot, but they were out.Stephen C.
There were no personnel at the site. If I had known this in advance I would not have used it. I was unable to use the automated return and was unaware that I would need to. The employee I spoke to by phone was pleasant and helpful but I still haven't received the promised email confirmation of the return.Robert D.

I was contracted to another location for an 0800 pickup. At 0721 on 05/22 I was called to switch to this location due to non availability at original location. Although the personnel were nice and courteous, the equipment was in poor shape. The auto carrier I requested and contracted for turned out to be a tow dolly. It did not fit my needs. It was pouring down raining during the inspection. The right tow light failed shortly after leaving the location That evening, around 7:00 pm Eastern time, I called in to ask how to transport the vehicle, It was then that the 1-800 U-Haul customer service rep discovered I had the wrong equipment. He was fantastic in getting me rerouted to the next dealer who had the auto carrier I needed. T U-Haul Moving and Storage of E. Ridge (7740611) (423) 894-9323 was my new location! Reservation number 91322193. I arrived at 0645 05/23 due to their closing at 8:00 pm 05/22/20. However when I asked him about the check engine light which had illuminated enroute, I was told it was probably a oil change reminder. As long as I had no loss of engine, it should be ok. I had a full tank of gas leaving Chattanooga for Atlanta. I began losing speed and power eventually breaking down around Calhoun Ga. I had to unload the truck I was carrying for the 2nd time in 24 hours, disconnect the auto carrier and wait over 4 hours for a authorized tow truck to meet us to for a tow. I wanted to return to Jacksonville, Fl as soon as possible leaving at 0500. These delays cost me time and stressed my entire family out! Worst U-haul experience of my 51 years! Why was I not offered a replacement vehicle Saturday morning 0710 when I asked about the check engine light? He didn't even climb in to check on it!Christopher L.

Two issues. The location is small with limited space for parking. Although â€œopenâ€ sign was lit, no one was at the location. After my first call I was told that someone would be right over. It took about 2 hours for someone to arrive an take the trailer.James B.
It's right next a busy road with fast moving cars. There's barely room to pull in if the front is full of cars being cleaned.Kayla N.

The lady husband there is a ripped off. He kept charging $25 on my account assuming that I returned a thirty truck. I have using Uhaul for hears, I know the policy and I always cleaned the truck to protect my money. He lied to ripped me off. They don't have parking and very risky on the busy RD. Stay away from these people and the area to protect your money and your life. No customer service skills, never present you always have to wait for them for about 25 to 30 minutes. I just don't know how they qualify to be Uhaul representative. Really sorry. Bad experienceJean E.

Staff was very pleasant & answered all my questions. I was running late and arrived just minutes before closing, but they did not seem to be bothered by it at all. It's a very small place (car wash) with only a few trucks but it was clean and well maintained. Great experience with them.caren S.

When I arrived at the location my information wasn't saved in the computer. One of the dolly's wasn't location at the site. I was there for over an hour for the entire process. There was no truck inspection before leaving. I had to travel to another location to get a dolly that I requested when I made the reservation.Marcus S.
Make sure that the price quote for equipment is accurate; customer does not need to be misquoted just to find out that price of rental ends up being $100 + more than expected!!!!!!!Ronda P.
