Open on time. Had 8:00 appointment to pickup equipment and no one showed up til 8:45
MICHAEL BWhen reserving via app the system was faulty.When renting from the eagle mart location the salesperson needs more experience.There is to many Hidden fees involved and I was given false information from customer care at U haul prior to rental. I will no longer ever use U haul. I would have came out better by just buying a trailer rather than renting one.

THOMAS MTook me an hour at the pickup location because of trying to run my card thru for payment. I understand I was the 2nd pickup of u-haul equipment from this new location. It will be smoother when he rents a few more. I like your car hauler- selling me one would be nice. Thanks much U-haul
