Ordered ( and was charged gor) 19 furniture blankets which were not included. No one was at office when we arrived.

The location worked out finally however our overall experience was not good. We had to drive around, went to three different locations. No operators working at the locations, notes on doors stating they would return by a time certain, and they did not. We waited Rio Grande 45 minutes-not professional. Our time is valuable, it took us from 10 o'clock until after 12:30 to get a vehicle which had been properly reserved. The phone staff did their best to process us but there was no communication from the Rio Grande office or the Cape May Court House location stating none on premise. Additionally, one of the 10foot trucks on the lot had flat tire. Truly frustrating and wasted a lot of our time.

I scheduled to pick up at 3:00pm, when I should up at 2:30pm nobody was at location. When I called u haul you said they close at 3pm. I finally got a hold of someone at the pick up location. He said they close at 12 noon. When I did speak with u haul they said I could pick up a truck and dolly an hour away, she cancelled my pick up and rescheduled at another location. When I dropped off truck and dolly at haw river it took me three different gas locations to find one that was easy to get in and out of. I watched the needle indicate 1/4 of a tank last Sunday and then two days later I get a bill that I dropped the truck off with only a1/8 of a tank. The 50 gallon alert went off At 1/8. I filled until 1/4. You app would not allow geo location to drop off. Now I'm being charged $67 to fill 1/8 of a tank. This was a horrendous renting experience from U-Haul. Kevin

I requested two sets of packing blackets, but received one that was clean and one set of six that were slightly dirty with leaves and a little bit of debris. I have a picture to show. That was all the gentleman had, so I took them. Didn't think that was a big deal at the time, but now am dealing with a $25 cleaning fee on the back end for "a dirty floor in the back of the truck". I transported a kitchen hutch, four folding chairs, and an 1'x 6"x6" antique, that is it. I did sweep out all the leaves that had been stuck to the dirty blankets I received from this location, but got hit with the additional cleaning fee from what I'm guessing came from the previous user. Didn't seem overly dirty upon original inspection outside of it being clearly a truck that was used for moving things, so I didn't complain. Again, I have pictures and a video. Also, the gentleman didn't have an internet connection when I got there (even though his TV was running perfectly fine) so he made me do an app checkout rather than what I request. The app was buggy, so it took me and the woman over the phone a good half hour to get everything figured out (this is after fifteen minutes of the gentleman trying to work on his internet at first).

Horrible experience and very poor scheduling on the part of uhaul for something that you do on a daily basis. I had a reservation ready with the correct location and received the notification a few days ahead of time of a completely different location for pick up that is hours away from me. I must have received six emails and four text messages all with the incorrect information. I spoke to the person confirming the reservation who then had to give me another number to call to get it fixed. To top it off I was given a 4 PM pick up at a location that closes at 3 PM. Once at the pickup location, I was charged extra and nobody could tell me why; now I have to call customer service to get that hashed out. Keep in mind that I already did the online registration submitted all of my information as well as payment and was given the option to print a receipt; do you think it means that it is all paid off? Guess not! I was told that I was going to receive an email with my rental information and I never received it. I drove the trailer without documentation and if I had gotten pulled over, it would not have been a fun story to explain to the cops. Please get your act together; this is shameful for a company this big! I don’t plan on renting from you again.

I’ve used you for moved multiple times in recent years. Once has my reservation happened the way it was planned with no changed or issues. It’s pretty obviously you let people make reservations regardless of availability and then basically accommodate whoever you can with the limited equipment you have in the area. Pick was no issue, other than the fact there was almost no gas in my vehicle. The light was on before I even reached my first destination, and I had to put $80 in just to complete my trip.

I returned a broken truck to this location (at the direction of UHaul) and the joker that runs this 'field' accepted the truck and then proceeded to charge me $560 for a one-way rental. The owner of the dealership in Sterling (where I picked up the truck) has been wonderful but Goodman's has been horrible - no return calls, not cooperative with the manager of Sterling. UHaul corporate needs to rethink who they allow to use their brand as a 'Neighborhood Dealer'. I am still pursuing a credit from UHaul but this experience will make me question whether I rent again ):

Arrived at original location, truck was moved/dropped off to an alternate location. I WAS NOTIFIED OF THE CHANGE!!! Arrived at the alternate location, nobody was at the desk to assist. Had to make a phone call and wait for an attendant to arrive. U-Haul app did not work to allow me to check out the vehicle. Had to rely on office personnel who’s system was down!! Called the customer service number and waited for 15 minutes for the next available operator. The app was reset and failed 2 to 3 times before it worked. The truck was dirty and the 24 furniture pads I ordered were not in the truck After driving further out to the new location and waiting for everything to finalize, my movers could not start packing my house until an HOUR after the original start a time which resulted in extra money out of my pocket!!

One of the mirrors was broken and I wasn’t aware of that. The company should let the costumer know. I don’t want to be charged for something that I didn’t break. Also I was charged 16.20 for full when The level of was was a little over then When I rented.

This was the worst experience. I came early and waited for the CSR to finish the person before me. Then I was chastised for not being early. Then the trailer was dirty and had blankets all over with old ropes tied up. Not a good day at uhaul.

The cable that connects the trailer tail lights was not with the trailer, abs when I went back to the office to ask for one, the person completing the rental had already left while I was hooking up the trailer myself. Recommend the person renting the trailer endures all is well with the customer and the rental before leaving.

The site was unstaffed when I arrived so I had to wait 30 minutes to start the process. He supposedly had a different pick-up time in his system than what U-Haul communicated to me.

My reservation was for an in-person check in. No one was at the office, I had to reach them on the phone. They instructed me to do the self check out in the app which had technical difficulties. I called the person back and they didn't answer, I left a voicemail and they never called back. I called other Uhaul rental locations in the area and one of those businesses called their Uhaul rep to help me over the phone. If the other company hadn't done that, I don't think I would have been able to get the Uhaul that day.

These people ripped me off. I returned it on Sunday at 12 Noon and put the contract in the box (no one there). I uploaded pictures; and texted U Haul. They billed me for $28 as if I returned it on Monday morning at 9:30 am when they opened. I am furious. I opened a dispute with the U Haul 800 number

Both pick up and drop off locations were helpful and convenient. Uhaul as a company was attrocious and I will never use them again because of this. My reserved trailer was not available, making me drive 2 extra hours to get another, I was notified too late about the lack of availability. And other people had reserved the trailer as well. A terrible experience overall only made bearable by the people who I spoke to in person. Negative two stars.

I rented a trailer. I was not provided any assitance in hooking it up to my car. The trailer light adapter also did not fit my car hookup. I had to buy an adapter after I left the facility as the U Haul rep had already left. The tires of the trailer were covered in mud so I couldn't see them. After the mud fell off from driving, I saw that one of the tires was completely bald and had to be replaced. I called U Haul and they came out and replaced the tire during my trip.

I had reserved a hand truck with my rental and there was none. I was not informend ahead of time that further verification was needed and there was no one on the property to help with the rental. The U-Haul 800 number was rude and not very helpful..... it took about an hour to get the rental confirmed so I could get a truck...... an the truck was not swept out so it was something I neededmto do before I loaded it.

I was very disappointed with Uhaul changing my pick up location with out contacting me. Ed's Citgo station were rude and offered no help except the Uhaul phone number. When I arrived at Goodman's I had to wait around for 20 minutes for someone to show up in the office and help me.
