Dropped off trailer, didnt impractical with anyone. Had a problem.two days later when they called asking where the trailer was. Resolved it with photo I took at drop off. Trailer on contract was not the trailer I hooked up.
Charles CNo one was there to help with checking in. There was another customer waiting and needed help as well. We were left to figure it out ourselves.
Scott HExpress check in is not exactly express. Luckily there was some one there to help complete check in or it would have a complete loss.
Albert PIm not sure why my pick up amd drop off location changed. What is the point of picking the locations then? And I was not notified in neither instances i just happened to notice different pick up location in my app. However, when i arrived to my original drop off location and tried to return the truck it said location error. It was changed again without my knowledge or agrrement or anything. I had to drive additional milage while passig 2 U-Haul locations on my way!!! And I was charged for extra milage. I really do not understand... Additionally the breaks needs to be replaced and oil was dangerously low. I used U-Haul services previosly and had great experience. Thats why i chose U-Haul again. Howecer, I did not expect to be dissapointed the way i was. Moving is super stressful and this experience just added to it.
