We had originally reserved a truck to be picked up at your Absecon location. We made the reservation at the Garwood location. We drove there, almost 100 miles, only to be told that they did not have a truck for us - that someone had neglected to actually put the reservation in the computer, or something like that. We then drove to the Cape May Court House location, which took almost 45 minutes, because it it well off the beaten path. We then had to drive north again for another 30 minutes to get back to the Absecon area, which is where we needed to utilize the truck. I called your customer service on September 25 to complain about the situation and asked for some type of monetary compensation. The representative said that someone would get back to us in 72 hours. Person was rude and unfriendly. Cursed about the computer system not working properly. Never did a walkaround to check vehicle, empty water bottles inside cab, body needed to swept before we could use it, never inquired if I knew how to operate truck just drove away. I would not recommend U Haul as when I called on Friday to complain I was treated like I had done something wrong..

I had big issues before picking up the rental! I was waiting on a call from Nicholas and he never called Disappointed Bob the scheduler hung up on me .... I requested that Nicholas listen to that call then call me !! Never did

No one was there and I had to take the trailer off myself! The worst and they charged me for two days and I only had it 5hours The worst

The truck still had a queen size bed and box spring in the back of it, and 2 rolling rock beer caps in the cup holder of the cab. The back was never swept out, and had some trash and a lot of sand all over. I called Goodman storage and Uhaul customer service about it (Customer Action File Reference id: 1758092) I was told by Goodman storage that I could either return the truck (I needed it), dispose of the mattress myself (Why is that my responsibility?) or put it aside and return the items with the truck when I was done. I opted to put the bed aside and use the truck after sweeping it out well. When I was done, and ran back past my old home to pick up the box spring and mattress to return with the truck, I noticed a black speck on it. Upon further investigation, it was indeed a bed bug (I have a photo of it) This has been without a doubt my worst ever experience with Uhaul. I expect a full refund, or I will be disputing this with my credit card company. There was never a pre rental inspection of this filthy truck, or it would have been prevented.

It took 1 1/2 hours to get checked out. I had to call UHAUL customer service to complete transaction. Not sure why I had to do this vs the owner/operator.

Awesome people. Budget Truck Rental closed an hour earlier than our scheduled pick up which time and date was confirmed. We had no truck to move that night. Goodman’s was glad to rent at last minute and we were relieved they were there ! We actually did not look for their name although are in a great location and easily accessible. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them !

The only thing is they told me 12 pick up the gentleman called me he told me I could pick it up when I wanted to I didn’t have to wait till 12.other than that everything was great.thank you for your services

The location that I was supposed to pick it up at. Did not have one. So I had to go out of my way to another place to get one. This Is the second time I had to do this. All the other places are closed. But the location I chose. U Haul had to call this place and asked them to reopen so I can get what I ordered. Then I all so did the express to get my u haul both times and it took a hour to get everything straighten out. So no I’m not happy at all

a larger truck was given to us than what we wanted. As a result too much space for furniture to move around and used up more gas. . It also took us 40 minutes to get all the bugs off the windshield before we could begin our trip.. the interior was clean. we were told that there was 7/8 gas in it. it was 50% full. I returned it with 7/8 full.staff were pleasant on the phone.
