The original pick up location was supposed to be in Gypsum Colorado. I had reserved the truck for over 2 months and had checked on it's availability every 2 weeks or so. About a week before I was supposed to pick it up they told me the 26 foot truck was no longer available all they could give me was a 20 foot truck. I was disappointed but I could make that work. I checked on the availability of the 20 foot truck the day before I was supposed to pick it up and they said they had it. On the day that I was supposed to get the truck I got a call from a U-Haul office in Denver and said there was no truck available in gypsum but they did manage to find one in Silverthorne, which was a major hassle for me and cost me extra money and time to get the truck, but it least I was able to get a truck. If I hadn't Been able to get a truck, that would've been a huge problem! The rest of the U-Haul experience after that was just fineJAN T.

It's the only location in town, and not a dedicated UHaul shop. It was a little hard to find, and the driveway was tight. The staff was helpful and I was on my way in 10 minutes.john H.

It took a long time to get checked in and pick up equipment. The fawn ct location was not the pick up location supplied to me in my email reservation, but rather, Goodway Auto Repair LLC 249 Warren Ave Silverthorne, CO 80498 The proper pick up location should be updated in your system.Steven W.

Had difficulty with the return app, by the time we got it figured out we were 5 minutes late on the return time and charged another $32. We actually arrived at the return location 30 minutes early....disappointed....JOHN M.
Trailer was covered in dirt. I had to take it to a spray n wash location before using it. Parking lot where trailer was located was a very small and tight muddy parking lot with many ruts, not level, etc. Luckily I have a large truck, otherwise there would have been issues with clearance, etc.Trenton R.

The windshield had several long cracks in it. The worst were right in the vision area of the driver. Otherwise, I would have rated the vehicle a 5: extremely clean, easy to drive, nice ride! Will definitely rent from U-Haul again. Good price also.SHAWNE L.
