My own truck was broken down and she went over and above to make sure that I got the equipment that I needed, even after hours. She was very thorough and clear in her explanations, and had some excellent suggestions for me. I could tell him my communication communications with her that she was not just committed to helping me, I get the feeling that this is the same level of service she gives to everyone. This location is a great example of what all Uhaul centers should be.

JONATHAN WWe dropped off our rental equipment after store hours, so we did not interact with any workers at this location.
Leigh TThe location closed at 4 pm on a SATURDAY. Small signs with an arrow are misleading as to where to park vehicles after hours. Also, the key return is across the parking lot, with a small sign indicating it. Why on earth wouldn’t the key return be in front of or at least close to the parking area for returned trucks? The tiny sign guiding customers to use the online return process is far from the key drop, making even less sense. The GPS address for the business takes one to a one-lane gravel road up the street from the business. Everything about this location was annoying and inconvenient, from its business hours to its poor layout. It just screams “I don’t want contact with customers, so figure things out on your own and be on your way, please.”

MILTON SI really can’t think of anything that could’ve gone better. Shell did an excellent job, was very friendly and very helpful! As was the person who was working with her. The only suggestion I would have is that a phone number beyond the door so if you come initially and they’re closed, they could call before coming. But truly, the service and the equipment was excellent!

JAMES SIt is hard to rate this location. When I arrived with the vehicle there was a gentlemen outside when I pulled into the location, he asked "if I was retuning" I said "yes", he said "leave the keys in the vehicle". I said "that's it" he said "yes". Not very friendly and never was invited inside, I waited outside for my Uber, which took 15 minutes to arrive

Eddie DThe mileage marker changed right as we pulled in, so they charged us for going 2 miles over when we really went 1. The parking break was very sketchy and the truck lurched at one point, almost hitting my husband.
Ryan ELocation trying to scam me and make me pay for non existing damages, false claims of smoking in the vehicle, and then charged me for an additional day that I didn't have the vehicle! Very upset about this
