When I return the trailer they said everything is ok I don't have to do anything the next day when I looked up my order my return was still pending I had to call u haul & spend 30 min on phone to complete my return. Such a waste of time.Shahedul K.

Truck was dirty and smelled like smoke. Checking in on mobile phone was a nightmare as customer service over the phone was not helpful getting it done. Took over 40 minutes to pick up truck. Will never do mobile pickup at a non Uhaul location again. Bad experience.Erica M.

The air pressure was very low in all four tires. We were on the highway and had to find a truck stop to put air in the tires. This was unsafe and added stress and time to travel we had to do.Edward K.

This location is primarily a gas station/deli. They were so busy that it was hard to check in and check out. In fact, when I returned the vehicle, they just said leave the key and we will process the return later. I had to call much later in the day because the return did not get processed.David C.

First off I had a reservation for Sunday to pick up at 11:30. When we went in store the guy told us the person who rented the truck the night before never returned it. So we reserved for the following day Monday at 12 noon. We get there and the guy who does the uhaul doesn't come into work till 2 so they were trying to get me to go online to get code for key. Which on your site never worked. For 2 days I had people trying to help me move and had to cancel for Sunday and then couldn't get the truck until Monday at 2. That place simply don't know what they are doing and don't even give people a Courtesy call to let them know what's going on. Was Really frustrated made the move 100 percent worse.Rachel K.
