all the tires were under 30 pounds of pressure and one tire was almost bald, there was NO walkthrough or inspection on the trailer. the tire blew out almost causing a major accident and delay of schedule on the thruway, upon roadside assistance arrival two tires had to be replaced. i usually give 5 stars on all my multiple uhaul rentals but this location was extremely below standard
Charles EI can't see anywhere to improve here. The checkout process was seamless and fast. The person helping at this facility was straightforward, honest and very clearly explained everything to me. The vehicle I rented was clean, ran smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The next time I'm in the Buffalo area and need a UHaul, I'm going back to GP Express South without hesitation!
