The lockbox code was not shared with me. I was forced to contact UHaul to get the code. I was on hold with customer service approximately 20-25 minutes waiting for a human to find me the code. When I returned vehicle, there was a sign stating "use the mobile app to experience "free vehicle return or pay a service charge according to your service agreement", so of course I downloaded the app. Nowhere on the app is there any information about returning your vehicle. I went inside and spent 15 minutes with a very friendly clerk trying to return my vehicle. Not easy and certainly not convenient.

I paid for moving blankets that were supposed to be in the back of the truck but they were not, but they were not. I need a refund.
Christopher SClerk was polite but untrained. I was initially told the reservation would not be available for several more hours but I refuted that. Then It took an hour to get the reservation completed, I had to scan my license multiple times, clerk had to take screen shots of my phone and required my wife's driver's license and information to rent the truck. It was very frustrating and delayed my packing and loading the truck by over an hour.
