Regarding the middle question: The load area was pretty dusty with leaves and dried mud when I picked it up. I swept it out when I dropped it off. Also, I didn't open the back when I picked it up, so I was surprised to hear some noise when turning. That noise was the hand truck tumbling. It was not secured in the back. I couldn't find how to secure it when I returned it, so it's still loose. Otherwise, the people at Grady's were good.

DENNIS SI added a utility dolly but when I went out to the truck to inspect the dolly was not there. I was able to go inside and ask the staff and they provided the dolly.
Albert RI didn’t use the full estimated mileage and didn’t get reimbursed for what I didn’t use which I have in the past in this situation.

Victoria MCourteous service. Efficient check-in check-out process. Truck was okay...a bit on the labored side, but it it did what it had to do. Paid more for minimal mileage and Safe Move coverage than for rental of the vehicle itself, but it's still the best deal around for reliable truck rentals.

RANDALL BSmall location - really just a gas station. Not much space to park and maneuver a trailer if you are trying to drop off. Needs more space for uhaul trailers and trucks.
Neal JTruck was garbage and transmission is messed up. Transmission kept slipping. I’ve heard from Movers four hours go to the track it cost me six hours and coffee 20 morales I will never rent another you hop on this place that’s how upset I am they told me 3995 I got billed a lot more I am really upset I used uhaul any time I need a truck from Florida to Wisconsin

RANDALL BThe app was very annoying to use for inputting photos at the end of my rental. I kept accidentally going back as I was trying to read the "info" menus and double check I was getting things right. This caused the app to forget the photos I took. I had to retake every photo 2-3 times. One time it took me all the way from step 4 to step 1 without remembering any of my inputs. It was annoying.
David BSucks, we reserved a truck online. The next day they call and said the truck was not available near us. So we had to get the bigger more expensive truck. Then our drop off time was 9:00pm after hours. Well we dropped it off late few hours after 9:00 so they charged us double for both dolly’s we used. If I had known we would get charged double we would have kept the truck double the time. If you don’t click the link and take pics when you drop it off they charge a $20 convenience fee! Hell that would have been cheaper than paying double smh.
MANUEL MService was terrible. Received no paperwork from the staff at pickup. Rude service. Would like a partial refund
JUSTIN WEducate Educate Educate !!! Whether you are prejudice or not you should represent your job professionally. Don't throw a person's I. D. back at them after they have handed it to you nicely. Don't tell a customer they cant pay with cash. Don't steal from a customer debit card when they have already paid you cash. I will NEVER use this facility ever again and will be passing along my experience at any platform I can use ESPECIALLY FACEBOOK and WORD OF MOUTH ! Good Day !

ELLEN WI reserved the U-Haul online, and I picked it up via the app. I have to jump through all types of Hoops just to get a code to open up the key box. Took me about 40 minutes to finally get my key box. Won't be using the online application
Marques MI rented a pickup truck on your Web page and then it it took me to a rental of a 17 footer I don't want months or didn't wanna order all I needed was a pickup truck to move what I needed to move. Now I have to pay more money for something I didn't want and I didn't realize it until I got to the place to pick the vehicle up

Rick ASuper busy multi-faceted place. It was a gas station/car repair place, and a UHaul pickup place. It made for a very lengthy pick up process due to every time someone came in he interrupted our transaction to help other people first. It felt very disorganized. He also stated I was renting a 14 footer when I had clearly rented a 15 footer online, his response was we don’t rent that size...upon further investigation you do rent that size, so again it just did not seam like an organized or informed site.
Jaime DThe trailer was buried in a foot of snow, I had to hook it all up by myself. In the past the staff has all always done it. The tongue was frozen to the ground so it took me a while to break it loose. In short I would not rent from that location again. It took a long time to get everything processed.
THOMAS LCar dolly had bent chain hasp that would not close, 3 missing rubber chain holders. Uhaul rep at gas station advised to go to local Uhaul location to get parts which we did.
