ROXANNE BThis was not the initial location that I chose. I was re-routed because the u-haul wasn’t available at another location. The U-Haul might as well be out of commission. The check engine light was on. The tire pressure light was on. The A/C didn’t work properly. I couldn’t put gas in the truck. I tried two different pumps and the truck wouldn’t accept but a few cents at a time and then the pump would click off. Then fumes started coming out of tank. Dangerous.

ROXANNE BDrop box said there was a fee if you didn't return using the app. I don't use app's! Not all people do, so this is not fair and I won't pay it or use your company for any further rentals if this is how you are going to treat your good long term customers!!! Also this was not my contract drop off point. That dealer, an Exxon station on Main St in Graham, NC was very rude and would not take the truck. Told me to get it off his lot!!!! I had it properly parked in a safe spot and there was plenty of room. No reason for his actions! Dealers like that YOU DON'T NEED!

Jose JNeed to have trucks checked more frequently so that things like what happened to me with a dead battery in the middle of my drive to my delivery destination and then the battery just died on me when I picked up the truck it started when I left my loading area it started but stopping at the store to get a soft drink it would not start because of a dead battery need to keep check on things like batteries and things to see if they're maintained .

ALIDA FThis U-Haul agent at graham feed and seed was awesome and saved the day, However the one on cobb Ave Burlington was rude and obnoxious he told his 15 year old daughter to shut the f up in front of my mom he did not know she was sitting in my car he got there at 9:00 a.m. I was not aware this was a 24/7 pickup area was not made aware of that he came in at 9:00 I went in 5 minutes till 9:00 he told me very rudely that I needed to just wait that he was not open yet I told him I needed to pick a truck up at 7:30 he said that wasn't his problem at that point I was angry I said what the f and he told me that I need to shut my mouth his daughter didn't need to hear that after the fact he just told his daughter to shut the f up in the parking lot then when I confronted him about that he told us to leave his property that he was not running to us all because he got spoken to about the way he treated his 15-year-old daughter I told him that my mother didn't want to hear him cuz of his daughter like he did either he did not know she was in the car and was shocked to see her sending in there when I told him he had just told his daughter to shut the f up how was it different than me saying the f word so needless to say I had to search for another U-Haul needed to be started at 7:30 did not get the other U-Haul till 10:00 and didn't get started moving till almost 11:00 a.m. the man on Cobb avenue and Burlington that rents U-Hauls does not need to be a rental agent he is very rude he is very obnoxious and he could care less about the patrons that come to rent the trucks

Lonnie BLet the customer know ahead of time that your rental is not available before they pick it up. We had to switch locations because the rental was being serviced but I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t call and confirm a few hours ahead of leaving.

WALTER GRented tow dolly from this place and I’m not sure if the wheels wasn’t balanced but a hopped a lot and the trailer was coming of the ground and it did it so much that I ended up getting pulled over because they said it was unsafe and so I took it back to the place and they wouldn’t even give me a refund for a trailer I didn’t get to use …what a waste of 45$ I could have used that towards getting an actual tow truck

The owner was very helpful and his demeanor towards me, someone he never met before, was great treating me like I was a repeat customer. Its very likely I will need that trailer again in a few weeks, and I definitely will go back to this location to rent one. Please thank him for his kind and great service.
