Very bad customer service. I'm Atlanta, Georgia the receipt for the truck will prove, there was no gas in it. I had to pray that I could make it to a gas station. I. drove to Greensboro, NC. In Atlanta, I was told to turn in the truck at any Uhaul location in North, Carolina Later, a text message was sent to to the truck to Winston-Salem. At the Florida St. location things took a turn for the worst. I returned the Uhaul truck to Florida St. location, I was told I will be charged a fee if $93.00. Afterwards, I asked if I could take the Uhaul to the correct return location, I was told it was too late, and if I drove the Uhaul truck to the correct return location, the police would be called. This is not how I customer service works. I was treated unfairly, and totally disrespected. I believe my card was charged. Nonsense. RidiculousGail P.
Customer service was extremely unprofessional Unsanitary, Untimely & lacked a since of urgency & respect for time. The Current Location needs proper training, supervision, need to to be held responsible for their customer service as a authorized user for U-Haul it was a good team to operate. Is that she's gonna be I will choose a more expensive competitor for better service then to deal with this again. The worst experience I've had with Uhaul. My experience here was generally OK, but very, very slow. I had originally reserved a trailer at a Uhaul location, and was redirected to Grand Auto Center. Not a big deal, but the wait at the counter was very long, and then it took a long time for the person who took us to the trailer to jump start and move a car that was parked in front of the gate. Once we had the trailer hooked up and I inspected it, I noted that there was a padlock on the trailer door and he needed to remove it. He would not, and insisted that I had to go to a Uhaul location to get the lock removed. I then had to go to the location I had originally contacted to get the trailer, and they finally located bolt cutters to remove the lock. Overall, it took me nearly 2 hours between the time I arrived to pick up the trailer until I was able to leave with a trailer I could access. People at Grand Auto were friendly, just very slow.Jonathan W.

I didn't receive a uhaul contract with my rental, to detail the mileage, gas and condition of the vehicle at time of pickup. The truck I rented only had half a tank of gas when I received it, but when I returned it, it appeared that the location had documented that it had been rented to me with a full tank.OLIVIA B.

Really fill up the tank of gas of a 26 foot truck instead of put it on file it's full when u give it to me on E!!!!!! Then charge me when I have pictures and recording of the truck gave to me on E!!!!!175 dollars full up before I even got 500fts away from u-haul!!!!!! Charge me 150 for bring it back on a .25$ of tank!!! More than what I recived!!!! Really!!! Where I turned the truck in at they refuse to receive the pictures and recording for u-haul record!!! I dropped my uhaul off at a quarter tank I paid $1700.00 plus gas to drive across the state for them to email me and tell me I owe them $62.00 . I'm not a scammer or try to get out on people, so don't do it to me I have no clue where they drove it to because the place wasn't enough a proper Uhaul place. Run down dirty and unprofessional But I will for surly get to the bottom of this because I'll be damn y'all think y'all are going to rob me when I've been nothing but good and a loyal customer!Sierra H.

I was reluctant to pick up a trailer from this location, and I was correct. The office person didn't know how to process my order and required assistance from a colleague.. The trailer had a flat tire. They aired up the tire, but it did not hold air for even 10 hours (thus, I had to make a call for roadside assistance after the trailer was loaded to change the wheel/tire; this delayed my trip by 1.5 hours). The trailer was stored on grass underneath a bunch of pine trees. The trailer bed was full of rocks and dirt that I had to spend 30 minutes cleaning out (the location personnel didn't even offer to help). Given that I had to waste at least 2 hours of my day dealing with trailer problems that should have been corrected before I even picked up the trailer, I request that this particular rental be provided to me at no charge. Check my U-Haul history; you'll see that I'm a frequent customer; you'll also see that I've never complained before. Please have someone from customer service contact me to process the refund to my credit card.Dennis C.

There was a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ODOR!!!! Smells like a STRONG SOAKED IN URINE.. Someone wiped it down but of course that DID NOT HELP AT ALL!! The gas hand has a glitch also. And the service system and tire pressure lights are constantly on. It was the only truck available as I needed it ASAP so I took it. However I did make a complaint but was told that there was nothing they could do because the truck was the property of Uhaul.Latrina S.
I originally made the reservation at the Sox on Bankhead location. And the owner had the truck I needed there but he said he needed it for his own person needs. Then when I call the ga reservation number and spoke with the manager he was very rude and without even asking me he set me pick up at another location. He set my pick for 3:45 but the place closed at 4. Now mind you I called him at 3:30. I don't drive so I had to get on the bus and try to rush over there. Then when I got there the truck they gave me the ignition didn't work like how it's supposed to. You have to wiggle the key and do all this extra stuff just to get it to start. this review is about my entire experience on 8.28.20. My truck was canceled unbeknownst to me, I was sent to 4 locations only to end up with a much smaller truck than I reserved. Because of all t the confusion and miscommunication I was forced to pay loader for labor they didn't do because of the truck discrepancy. My reservation was for 12pm and I didn't secure a truck until almost 3pm. I spoke with management on the phone she was very rude dismissive. One location I was sent to the rep was so rude, did not try to help me and was very dismissive. I've dealt with uhaul for quite some time, unfortunately this was my last time. This has been THE WORST experience I have ever had with Uhaul and THIS PARTICULAR location has NOTHING to do with it. In actuality the Grand Auto location staff was the only redeeming this guy about my Uhaul experience. My fiasco began with my original reservation at Family Laundry and then continued with the 800 number. I even called back and started a customer action file and NO ONE has gotten back to me. That file number is 2591440. If anyone cares at all and wants to look into it. I was told someone would reach out to me within 3 days and it has been 5 and NOTHING. I took pictures and video of where the gas hand began and ended after I dropped off my uhaul. I need this situation rectified immediately. This is ridiculous now, I was aware of where the gas hand should have been, the attachment sent to me was incorrect. I have the receipts. This is the second time I have rented from this location. The first time, there was sour milk in the floor of the truck that had to be cleaned immediately; otherwise, the odor would not have allowed you to drive. I took pictures and shared. The office manager shared that she would offer me a discount for this. She did apologize. This time the gas was not where it was disclosed on contract. This was pointed out. I brought the truck back as I should and charged for fuel. Huge service failure. The young lady that took the call was very uncertain and when the manager came to the phone she begin to tell me how the system works and what their liabilities are. I am sure that the binding agreement solidifies one thing....and that's "service". Very disappointed. I have not spoken to anyone since then - after being told that I would receive a call back.Gregory B.
