CHUCK WI’ve always had smooth dealings with U-Haul so at this point, I don’t have anything that could be improved for the next customer. I do find it strange that a lot of the rental experience is left up to the customer. For example, looking for damage to the vehicle. A U-Haul employee should walk out with a customer with a form to identify any damages. After all, if there were damages from the previous renter, U-Haul should have that in their records and inform the current customer of previous damages. Not doing that makes it sound that an unscrupulous U-Haul location may charge an unwitting customer for somebody else’s damage.
