The person at the counter was great and friendly. However, I strongly suggest they check the van's batteries before giving it to customers. I lost 2 hours of moving because of a dead battery.

Norma (the person who helped us at the location) was exceptionally friendly, very customer service oriented and tried her best to get us on the road. That said: She needs more training in operating the booking system. The other comment is that I received a phone call at 8 am asking why the truck has not been returned...my booking was until 4 pm (8 hours later). He was pretty insistent that I return the truck... When I actually returned the truck the procedure was flawless.

David MI received a call 5 minutes before pickup telling me my location has been changed to Langley, I declined saying this is enough notice. I show up at the original location and the lady had no idea how to do her job and it took over 40 minutes to leave the location making us late for pickup.
