The motel clerk/rental agent, while nice enough, was not well informed about the rental process or the equipment, and couldn't answer any of our questions. She just said she didn't know. I had reserved a utility dolly, but all she had on site was an appliance dolly. She said "that was all they sent". We had to go and rent a utility dolly from another location. She also left her desk twice in the middle of the process to go and check motel rooms where guests had checked out of. All in all, her lack of knowledge and the distractions cost us about an hour of time. I would not reserve/rent from this location again. Thanks.

The equipment was little muddy, but everything else was fantastic.
