How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything went according to plan to and the employees give me the information I needed to rent the day before I rented and even reserved a dolly for me. So all worked out perfectly so I don’t think you need to change anything at that location
gerard dThey parked the 20 foot truck right across from parking stalls so it was very difficult to get out. The only reason I was able to get the truck out was because two people stopped and helped me to navigate around a parked car. Very poor planning.
Keith GMy only complaint was that the padlock on the truck was seized shut and I had to purchase one myself to secure the vehicle.
