Everything went according to plan to and the employees give me the information I needed to rent the day before I rented and even reserved a dolly for me. So all worked out perfectly so I don’t think you need to change anything at that location

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey parked the 20 foot truck right across from parking stalls so it was very difficult to get out. The only reason I was able to get the truck out was because two people stopped and helped me to navigate around a parked car. Very poor planning.
Keith GMy only complaint was that the padlock on the truck was seized shut and I had to purchase one myself to secure the vehicle.
