I told the agent when I first reserved my order a week in advance that I needed a woman U-Haul because I was moving an hour away from home they said okay would only includes 40 miles I said it's way more than 40 miles from my location to they said maps is showing that you're only 8 Miles away going to pick up location and I said no y'all change the location that location is at least 20 miles from me then I have to drive 20 miles to the old address and another 45 to 47 miles to my new address I don't want to be charged for any extra mileage so they threw in to make your mouth for a total of 70 miles I still told them 70 miles is not going to be enough I need to at least 80 or more the lady said well all I can do is 70 miles and I'm pretty sure you're not going to use all that well come yesterday when I turn the U-Haul I have been 90th in the mouth and a dollar extra mile and all I did was go to the location to pick up my items to move take them to my new address and return the U-Haul so I was right the whole time now my $100 deposit they took most of it and only gave me $36 back and I still have not even received it and they said it was refunded instantly I am so pissed
