I reserved a truck and trailer 2 days in advance. on the day I was to pick up the units, I received a call that there was no trailer for me. I had to go to another Uhaul place to get the equipment and I ended up paying more than $200 more than my reservation stated. The drop off at my destination was a fantastic experience.
