Great service at Granny's Furniture pickup site. Lots of space for pickup and dropoff and the items we needed available. The only other time we rented a UHAUL was when we moved to here from state line to state line around 11 years ago and it was missing the essentials I ordered. It was right this time. Attentive service. Also there is a new dropoff system. How to recheck in your own hauler. I would like UHAUL to be a little more prominent with that in a text or on the paperwork or in a separate email to neophytes. How and what that is about. Sometimes some of us are renting out of a need such as tragedy and are in a whirlwind. Not everyone has a UHAUL app like we rent UHAULS on the regular. I know you don't need app. You just push it like everyday people using a uhaul like their cellphone with wild conflation. Thanks.

Richard CThis trailer smelled musty when we got it home then had a small leak on my belongings when it rained, also had to call roadside assistance to work on the door that got stuck in the up position. This particular trailer needs refurbishing or replacing.it is just old and worn out.
