I would not recommend using the app to anyone. The truck itself was great. Ran great, clean and it looked like a brand new truck. But the app was horrible. Nothing worked I had to call customer service and then the truck share number nothing about a mobile pickup was easy or convenient. Also the app say a rep will call you before your pick up. I was never called by anyone. I had to call myself to confirm my reservation and if I did not I’m sure I would not have had a truck on Labor Day weekend and would have been stuck without one. And I mad my reservation a full week in advance. I am assuming I would have been stuck without a truck since 1. No one called me and 2. My original pick up spot was changed which makes me think they had to scramble last minute to find me a truck. You’re better off just going to a store actually renting it through them. Because the app was a disaster.

First off this place is super dark and there is no light at all and it looks like its in an alley. Super dangerous place not ok. I thought i was in the wring place and not even a sign up only a key box to drop off and them they want you to ale all these pictures of the truck in the dark this is crazy they inly thing i like is that it can be drip off any time its a 24 hour drop off location. Again to dark cant see anything and super dangerous cant see anything.

10' truck does not have a ramp. Made it very difficult to move large furniture and washer & dryer.

Pick up location was inside what appeared to be an abandoned store. Inside the location was very dirty and dusty. The man who rented the equipment was nice and quickly got me on my way. I did rent a dolly and thought it was in the truck but shortly after leaving I received a message it was on the side of the building I had rented from. I did have to make a trip back to the location to pick up. The location itself is in a older neighborhood on Main Street with narrow one lane streets which can be difficult pulling on to road in large vehicles especially when not used to driving something that size.

Only got answering machine even though they were supposed to be there till 3:30. Called # on window said out of service. I left the truck in the back and left the keys in the drop box. Need to be able to communicate with someone when people are dropping truck off

I reserved a truck in Berwick which was not available-then given Danville, which was changed to Plymouth, Pa., after I complained. Took 45 minutes to get the truck due to confusion on U-Haul's part, got 7 of 24 of the furniture blankets. Terrible experience.
