the computer required add-ins were a bit excessive.... and not everybody knows the computer like a pair of tennis shoes.... it was difficult to navigate around the questions and the input.... working with the human side of the transaction was great!... the computer side was very unfriendly..... Let people know at time of reservation if there is any kind of hold from uhaul. I had one for no reason and it caused delay. Also, remind customers to verify that their debit card does not have a daily spend limit that could delay rental.Sara J.
The day before our trip from Arizona to Medford you guys made us go 60 miles away to get a truck and over 150 to get the trailer. 100 dollars off the trailer? We spent a extra 150 in the uhaul fuel alone and added 4 hours to our trip in the wrong direction. It never fails that you guys over book shit and wait until the last minute.Brett C.

Fire the people who schedule reservations in Fort Mohave AZ. They sent us on a wild goose chase; about 7 hours driving around AZ to different pickup locations, only to get stuck with a trailer half the size we ordered. We had give away about $1500 worth of furniture because your company broke their "guarantee" with us. **We scheduled a month in advance for a location 4 min down the street.Amy J.

We rented a truck for a Friday but couldn't pick it up to move cause the interstate was closed due weather. We asked if we could pick up the truck the next day at the same time and they said that was fine. We received a call later telling us that the truck was leaking water and that the truck we needed would not be available the next day at this location so we would need to pick it up from another location. My son went to the uhaul storage location to confirm which location had the truck we needed and was told that the location downtown had it and they would forward the reservation to their location for a 9am pickup the next day. The following day my son showed up at the downtown location at 9 o'clock and no one was on site. He was informed by another gentleman that they were on their way but it would take 45-60 mins to get onsite. Once they arrived on site (an hour after the reservation time) the representative could not locate the reservation and my son had to pay for the truck. The price on the receipt I received is lower than what he was actually charged as well. Not happy with the downtown location and your reservation system right now.gloria V.

I reserved a truck at 4011 Stockton Hill (I see them clean truck before put back on lot), but was told to pick up rig (truck/car hauler) at Andy Devine. Ok, so when I got there, I opted for a 26' truck as I thought I may not have enough room in a 20' truck. It took the guy 1/2 hr to get computer to accept...something...then my biggest complaint was the windshield/mirrors were so dirty, I had to clean them as I couldn't see out of them!. Also, they did not show me the hauler fender folds down, so I had to play Nascar Driver and climb out of my window, then figure out how to get the window back up enough to get the key in to put the window down when I got to my location. Fortunately, I stopped at the Stockton Hill location, to have them help with the chain hookups to my car, and they explained the fender folding down.lia M.

Our uhaul reservation could not be found when we went to pick up our uhaul. We were picking our truck up early for loading and the trailer was being picked up at a later time. When we went back to get the trailer we were charged $300 more than the initial price on our reservation. The changing prices and inability for Uhaul to have all our equipment that was reserved a month in advance at the original pickup spot (Kokopelli Storage in Kingman, AZ) was frustrating.
