Jeff SThe only thing that I would say is that U-HAUL itself canceled my first reservation and then changed both my pick up location and the time of pickup which was frustrating because we got a way later start up than we wanted. And this location was further than I had wanted. That being said, the pick up process itself was very smooth and he communicated very well with me. Was very accommodating to me while there, incredibly respectful and patient. This is a really great location for any of your future transactions with U-HAUL.

Leaton JLOCAL OFFICES are good, EQUIPMENT is good, CENTRAL PLANNING is a DISASTER. U-HAUL, STOP YOUR CENTRAL PLANNING! CHANGE your system: LOCAL OFFICES should do equipment acquisition instead of sending your customers all over creation. I had to drive 20 miles from truck pick-up to trailer pick-up, adding 80 miles to my trip and cutting my available loading time down from 6 hours to 3 hours before picking up the trailer. THEN, you CHARGED me for 73.6 of those extra miles! Because I couldn't pick up both truck and trailer from one location, you made it logistically IMPOSSIBLE to do my move by myself. What, do I simultaneously drive the truck and my car 20 miles??? Instead of having to move my belongings 100 feet to the truck, once the trailer was added, I was compelled to re-park and now had to carry them 200 feet, leading to severe dehydration, making me eligible for hospitalization. LOCAL OFFICES are good, EQUIPMENT is good, CENTRAL PLANNING is a DISASTER. Because of your CENTRAL OFFICES that govern equipment pick-up, I will AVOID U-HAUL in the future WHENEVER POSSIBLE!
Edward LIt was not apparent to us or the owner of the Gray Mini Storage that the 6x12 trailer had a hole in the roof. We went through a major rain storm in Orlando and upon our arrival in West Palm Beach I was very surprised to find my items soaking wet. Kinda defeated the purpose of an inclosed trailer. I was very upset that all of my shoes and dress clothes were soaking wet! This should have been caught when inspected at previous return from a previous customer. It has been reported to TJ in WPB when we returned the trailer. However, I haven’t noticed any kind of credit on my bill from U-Haul. That is disappointing as well.

Douglas MI was told the car trailer would work for my needs, picked up the trailer , went to load the expedition and noticed the weight rating was 5500 and gross was 7500, trailer wouldn’t haul the suv !! Extremely disappointed! I told the man what I was driving and what I was hauling he said it wouldn’t be a problem and my wife and kids where sitting on the side of the interstate and he took full advantage of the situation! It would be nice if someone would make this right!

Dauphin CI returned the U-Haul with $50 of extra gas and did not get credit.
Whitney PThe hours were listed as 9:30 - 5:00. But the office was closed and the number for uhaul went to a voice messaging system. There were NO clear signs where to park vehicle. This location needs to be pulled as uhaul partner.

JOSEPH NI was supposed to rent my Uhaul in one place and was sent 30 miles out the way to another location. Further more I was told that setting up my rental would be done through my phone and the whole process was a disappointment. The day of rental I was not able to access my rental reservation and had to call in and do it over the phone which costed me almost an hour of my rental time.

Todd CI reserved a 4 wheel tow dolly but when I arrived the manager told me the dolly was used for something else. I was able to rent a 2 wheel dolly which worked fine. Nothing bad, just an inconvenience. I would use this location again.

Thomas JNothing from the Gray pickup location. He was waiting on us to get there, trailer was setting in an easy to hook to spot. Took a few minutes inside. Pulled around back, hooked up, checked lights and signals, then off we went.
David GThe problem is that my reservation was moved from where I live (Macon, GA) to Gray, GA, some 20 miles away. That meant a minimum of 40 useless miles I had to pay for.

Adam FI was charged $21.00 for gas and the picture I took before I drove to when I dropped off, the gas hand is in the same place. Shouldn't have been charged anything extra!
