Low inventory of rental equipment

JOSEPH N.I was supposed to rent my Uhaul in one place and was sent 30 miles out the way to another location. Further more I was told that setting up my rental would be done through my phone and the whole process was a disappointment. The day of rental I was not able to access my rental reservation and had to call in and do it over the phone which costed me almost an hour of my rental time.
