The only thing that I would say is that U-HAUL itself canceled my first reservation and then changed both my pick up location and the time of pickup which was frustrating because we got a way later start up than we wanted. And this location was further than I had wanted. That being said, the pick up process itself was very smooth and he communicated very well with me. Was very accommodating to me while there, incredibly respectful and patient. This is a really great location for any of your future transactions with U-HAUL.
