Scheduled pickup in Forsyth Georgia, changed pickup time to a day earlier and was told to pickup trailer in Macon. Traveled 20 miles to Macon to pickup and there was no one at the location. The trailer was parked at an abandoned store. Phone number would disconnect after 5 rings. I contacted the main office and was sent to Gray Georgia about 26 miles away to get another trailer. Was told by UHaul operator at main office that the Gray operation was the only office that would pickup the call. Traveled approximately 60 miles round trip to get a trailer that was shown to be available at Forsyth Georgia. Does UHaul check to see if the locations actually have an office or employees at all locations? Will consider other rental operations in the future.
