This U-Haul location operates in a small free standing cubicle and the female operator refuses to wear a mask while going through check in and out process. I feel this is dangerous and inconsiderate and will not rent from this location again.KENNETH B.

My (15ft.) truck was blowing hot air down by my feet the whole trip....I had the air conditioning on high the whole time....but, that wasn't enough to offset the hot air.....there wasn't any kind of control settings to turn off the hot airDon S.

The method of charging gasoline usage is vague. I picked up the vehicle with 1/2 tank showing on the gage. When I returned the unit the proprietor said they would â€œestimateâ€ my gas usage by eyeballing the gage. This is nonsense. Your guess is as good as mine when staring at a fuel gage. The units should be rented full of fuel, then calculating fuel usage with a full up will be exact!Thomas C.

After truck was returned I saw that was billed $150 extra for an accident which later found out it was for I think 2 scratches .which I say we did not do. My son who went back after I saw the charge and spoke with the attended..could not resolve it. He was told the district manager would call him. 2 hours later and no call my son called the attended she then said he (district manager) is out till Monday and he would call then So as of now it is not resolved also we took the insurance so I don't understand why these scratches (which I still say was not done while we had the truck) are not covered on the insurance.Jay Y.

The old lady in the small shack is a idiot. Called me with a pure attitude because her lazy tail had to pick up 2 things in the back. Plus charged me 94 bucks for no reason. She said she's new to the job, needs to be fired immediatelyENRIQUE'CO H.
The attendant was super nice and helpful, especially when the key wasn't in the box like it was supposed to be. She called someone and got it straightened out instantly. The truck was high mileage, but it did the job just fine. Really easy check in made the experience very low stress.Vincent K.

Staff were absolutely rude and disrespectful. The van was dirty. The gas tank was on empty. We barely made it to the gas station. I will never rent from them again.Jennifer H.
Returned it by 530 pm same day but no confirmation on the return also can't ever get anyone on phone from main number n that office is hardly open and I'm older n don't understand how to use the self check back in appELLIS T.
Secret rates and hidden fees, it wasnt swept out but was told that, then asked to sweep it out before the return and I was moving I had no way to sweep it out. As the previous customer left a mess. First charged 60 something dollars then 2 days later charged another 90 something. The ad is very misleading.Candi L.
Competent staff? The staff here wasn't even remotely competent; couldn't operate printer, didn't have reservation pulled up despite advance notification; struggled with trailer hookup; I had to check lights myself; not available when I returned equipment; didn't check equipment in until three hour later; wasted my time on phone by talking about issues unrelated to my rental; no COVID-19 precautions (didn't wear a mask in a small enclosed trailer-office); and so on. I received an unsatisfactory follow-up call this morning when I filed a complaint, so I have no confidence Uhaul really cares about the damage to its brand reputation that this location is and will continue to do.Aaron W.
