This is not a reflection on the uhaul site that I ordered from because they are only working in the confines of the global uhaul system. Your app is terrible. The process is clunky and not user friendly. The process is always painful. Every time it's the same clunky terrible experience. I rated it average only because the lady at the site was great to work with, and helpful. Sadly though the app and uhaul global company is a complete crap show.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOrdered an appliance dolly but it wasn't in the truck an picking up the truck took quite a bit of time
Joseph Slot was a little rough
Dan CI scheduled a 8 am pick but when we showed up no pwn was there. The lady running the place was not there until almost 9. I had to call Uhaul to contact the owner so they could open up their their. My key as not in a location for pick up. The lady pulled my key from the night drop and handed it to me. She did not check the odometer or the gas tank. Gas was almost on E and she under stated the miles. Once I got my key and logged into the app, I was able to enter the reading on the odometer. I had to secure the dolley due to prior user didn't. The low tire pressure warning light was on. Also other customers were waiting at 8:30 for the owner to show up. All around bad experience. The lady used to excuse that she was tired and working 7 days a week and that's the reason why she couldn't show up to work on time.
Kenneth TLock would not open, had to really yank it. Photos did not upload on the pickup process, very frustrating since they’re required. Parking lot was full of huge pot holes.
