Nightmare , after 20+ years of using U-Haul never again.
Michael A.My reservation was wrong from the start so I had to be on the phone for an hour to straighten that out. I then arrived at the moving location to find out that we were not provided the key to the padlock. The padlock was locked on the truck so I had to drive 30 miles out of our way to and from a facility to have an employee unlock it with the universal lock. I was then charged extra for the miles I had to drive to fix a problem that wasn't my fault. I am disappointed with the service and will look to find it elsewhere
