You can stop lying to customers about how your rates are one way and then try to overcharge them or charge them twice so that would be a good start, but that’s just the start of what you can do to fix your company
christina nI was overcharged for mileage and gas. The receipt documents I was sent are false, none of the information matches up with the photos I took before and after I used the rental. The manager of the southgate uhaul told me she “put all the information in the way I sent it so she’s not sure what happened.” I was charged 153 dollars for a rental that should have been 100 TOTAL.
Rachel DThe trick was extremely difficult to drive. A quick look showed the two front tires pointing inward. The store and owner were wonderful. Even she was surprised about the truck. It’s still a good place to rent a truck. My only complaint is the truck itself.
Melinda BThe locks used are not in good condition and are extremely difficult to open. Also, I did not get any of the equipment I ordered with my purchase. I still have not received my refund for the items I did not receive.
