DAVID LWhen I dropped off my truck today I had to provide pictures in the pouring rain and very cold in the dark parking lot.. I think you should reconsider when the weather is bad making your clients do all that in weather as bad as we had today.. Other than that great experience very easy.. It was great to have the truck I needed in the time that I needed It.. Thanks again I will be using you again in the future..

Neiko PNot the locations fault, but having to take a dozen pictures at pickup and drop off and all the other things a person used to do is frustrating. After a day of moving and being all sote and worm out the last thing I wanted to do was a photoshoot for a box truck. If I were doing everything myself it should be cheaper. Just kind of a pain. I also do not care for the high pressure sales when you book a truck. I had to deny half a dozen or more upsells just to get to my reservation.

Louis LI was able to request a dolly and furniture mover but the location had no equipment. This made the moving experience much harder and I would have not used your services. Also, the young lady working there had a dog in her unit and it smelt horrible of smoke. Not what I would have expected from a nationwide company. Disappointed to say the least.

LEE Wagent was nice and helpful, but I would be nice if the clerks' reminded customers that if they over fill the tank, they will not be re-imbursed. I am aware it's in the contract, but a friendly reminder would be in the customer's best interest
Amber RI reserved this online and sent my kids (grown) to pick it up and use it and it all went seamlessly. We'll see you again in a month when my daughter's apartment is ready.

Josie HReceiving the key was a lot of work I was not expecting when ordering online. I get security measures, but that is something maybe to tell people you’ll have to do before they get there trying to get the key. Especially adding someone for you to call. It made it stressful and time consuming. The truck was dirty on the inside. The cup holders were full of spilled liquid. I also didn’t realize the back door was going to be open and the ramp wasn’t latched.. so I drove home with the ramp completely out and the door wide open (this one is probably on me, but as a first time renter, good info to know I guess). When ordering it online I wasn’t able to choose to drop the truck off in a different location. I reached out to support to see if we could change that.. no. That’s the answer I was given. So I had to move all of my things, and then drive the truck an extra 35 mins out of the way to drop it back off to that same location. Which used more gas, more mileage.. making it more expensive AND a huge inconvenience after moving all day. When I went to drop the key back off, there was a lady sleeping on the couch with her dog. I had to wake her to give her the key. It didn’t make me feel very confident. I thought that I might receive an email saying the truck was not returned.

KEVIN AAgain no one to help with turn in and connection on the internet was weak. We had to just turn in the keys and hope for the best. On our final bill we were charged for driving nine miles over whatever the limit someone somewhere had determined for us. Did this take into account that our pick up location had been changed to further away? Or that there were no gas stations close to the drop off point? We will never know as there was not a personal connection at either the pick up or the drop off.

IVAN DMake sure all garbage, dog feces, and cat urine is cleaned up. The U-Haul smelled horrible. Worst experience ever!
BRADY MFirst truck - engine light came on. UHAUL's customer service suggested to "just drive it and if you have a problem then we'll send someone to fix it". What? That is a terrible customer response. We demanded a new vehicle. The 2nd vehicle had a tire pressure warning light on a visible low tire. We demanded a new vehicle. Third vehicle had no apparent warning lights but, when we opened the back of the truck, bugs scampered all over. We used lysol and raid to try to kill the bugs but bugs still were crawling around as we unloaded our goods. Frankly, I couldn't wait to get out of this vehicle. We returned it a day early and just decided to borrow a friend's truck. I paid $150 for approximately 14 hours of a completely bad experience.
Brian KI got there at 12:30 to pick up my uhaul, once I got the keys I had found my truck and it was blocked in by another uhaul, I proceeded to call the location 4x with no answer. So I tried knocking on the office door and no answer. Around 1pm I called the office again and a lady answered the phone and I told her what was going on, and what do you know, she proceeded to walk out of the office door I was knocking on. So I paid for almost an hour without even being able to use or drive the uhaul. So around 9:45 PM I needed to drop the uhaul off and I was using the app to check the uhaul back into the drop off location and the app crashed on me not even able to fully submit the truck being back in the lot.
Anthony DI drove 18 miles and it took 8 gallons of gas to refill the tank . The tank was said to be full at pickup but clearly it was not .
JOHN BI wish someone told me the drop off location matters. I had to change my drop off location along my route and I paid a hefty fee for that. That should be explained to the customers in advance. In fact the lady told me I can pick up any location around my final destination. That was misleading.
Boris DThe only thing was that the truck we were assigned didn’t have a lock and the location didn’t have any for you. The online process was easy, it was just the customer service at this location was average at best.

Vida HThere was a bullet lodged in one of the tires when I picked up the truck. There were no furniture pads left in the truck that I had paid for. And the app was incredibly buggy and required multiple tries to get everything working correctly.
John HThis issue is not with this location, but U-haul as a whole. I made a reservation and then was told the truck was not available at that location and was setup to pick up my truck at a different location at 7:30 AM. I had to take a $40 uber to get to the new location and when I arrived there I was told they did not offer mobile check-in and were not open until 9 even though a U-haul representative scheduled me to pick up my truck at that time. Then when I called customer service the lady offered for me to drive 2 hours out of my way to get a truck at a different location which was impossible she then transffered me to a local office for more assistance where someone answered and said "please hold" then I proceeded to sit on hold for an hour until the system hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone for 5 minutes who then put me on hold and 15 minutes later sent me to voicemail. I was stranded with no one to offer any help. An hour and a half later I received a text from U-haul saying my truck was ready at my original location. I then had to take an additional $40 uber to the original location which was 4 blocks from my apartment. Once I arrived I was informed they had the truck the whole time and they didn't know why I was sent all the way across town for now reason. It then took an additional half hour for them to get everything worked out in the system so I could pick up the truck. I got the truck over 2 hours after my original pickup time spent almost $100 on unnecessary ubers and had to extend our movers at $110 per hour. This also caused me to be outside of my buildings move out window which caused even more extreme delays in the move out process. Then to top it all off I was accused of lying and yelled at by the representative that followed up after we complained. She stated that I was not told I could pickup the vehicle at 7:30 and that I was wrong until I informed her there was a recorded phone call and an email which both verified what I was saying. She said oh well then I can offer you $50 and didn't even apologize for accusing me of lying. So I'm expected to accept $50 even though I was out over $400 not to mention the punitive damages due to your negligence. U-haul failed me on 4 separate occasions due to your ineptitude and negligence and essentially told me to take a hike rather than owning up to your failings. I will never use u-haul again, I will never recommend u-haul, I will be sharing my story in as many places as possible, and will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows how you treat your customers.

Joni SMake sure the gas tank is full. Give unlimited miles. And make sure all trucks come with equipment to be used for free. Also go back to paperwork for the customer to have records to keep and not everything done through technology.
RONALD PThe gas gauge was wrong. We ended up getting charged for excessive miles and gas we did not use because we had to drop off after hours.
Alexandra DNo one in person was there. Downloading and using the U-Haul app had its issues. Lock box for returning truck keys is not secure. Overall, there was very poor direction about where and how to return the vehicle, with no help whatsoever.
Colt PSeemed very non-engaged in the work. I get it, hot day, do the minimum you need to get the job done. Truck was dirty inside. Had reserved an appliance dolly and they didn't have one when we arrived. Would have been nice to know in advance. Offered a 4 wheeled push dolly as an alternative, but then said, "oh there may be a regular dolly in the truck you're renting." Didn't bother to check. There was a dolly in the truck, but we did not use it because it was the wrong kind. I would go out of my way and drive further/ pay more mileage to rent somewhere else rather than rent from this location again in the future.
Jameson TOverall a weird experience. The equipment was nice, but the "office" was really weird (basically a small shipping container with no window). Walked in on the associate sleeping on the couch with an ashtray full of cigarettes, the place smelled like a bar from the 1980's. It was rough. No one was available when I brought the trailer back to check it in, so I just backed it up, unhooked, and left.

We had a few questions and she could answer none of them and had to call someone else. She appeared to be falling asleep during our pick up process and stopped in the middle to get something to drink and left us standing there. Would definitely not use this location again
