An extra 59 was charged to my card with no explanation. This was after I called the 1-800 #, and was told $19 for the 2 hours, plus 20 cents per km (estimated 40km. When I got there I agreed to insurance for $16. Should have been closer to $50 but I paid the $118 thinking I missed something. Just to find out they charged $59 extra today. It would have been $200 for a mover and I wouldn't have had to do anything myself. The point was to save money. Hidden fees suck.

The truck I had rented for a long haul was shaking the hole way it was pulling to the right and there was a whistling sound coming from the windshield due to not properly sealed The first truck I had rented was great but the second truck definitely was not safe for the road It sounded like the box wer riping out of the mounts

Maybe they need an office space. Entire transaction over smartphones with text messages for transfer of documents. Because I don’t have a data plan (rely on wifi) I was not able to download a copy of the contract in case it was needed en route (ie. random police check)

The online check-in was a total disaster. It took two frustrating hours to check out the truck. You REALLY need to make it easier. Less automation more people.

It's a garage that I wouldn't take my vehicle to based on appearance but the staff was good to deal with and I wasn't there to have my vehicle worked on. As far as a UHaul location goes, they have decent yard space & access so I have no real complaints.

This was an excellent experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful…. Your 6x12 trailers are excellent with one exception- spec them with tongue jacks!!!! Brutal trying to hook up when full.

We had a guaranteed 20 foot truck rental for pick up Friday, which later found out they were closed and we had to settle on a 15 foot in replacement for what we were guaranteed. I’ve yet to see the Bill but it better reflect a better price.

This rental experience was by far the best UHaul experience I've ever had. Pick-up location had a friendly mechanic who gave good advice and made me feel comfortable setting off on a 2,300 mile one-way rental. I wasn't sure how long I'd need to get from point A to B, but when I needed to extend my rental I was able to do so easily on the phone (never could get the app to work right for me). Dropping it off at my destination was easy too!

The 20 ft u haul smelled of stale cigarettes, i had to buy a 6 pack of odour eliminator which barely helped. i had a sore thought for two days after.The am radio would not turn off and was static the entire 8 hour drive , picked up ear plugs which really helped.a lot. Apparently the truck was stolen and a family was living in it. They stole the center console and glove box which meant i had no place to put my coffee down or other drinks. All of these issues made for a very long 8 hour drive. I paid top dollar for this truck and received a very poor truck in return. I also rented a 26 foot u haul the week before and was perfect. I was falsely accused. And money was accepted. The Mahee the manager out of Vancouver to falsely accuse me to sabotage and harm my good and trustworthy character and meant to cause humiliation and degredation. When I rented the vehicle it was a normal shop. He said he was thinking of selling the vehicle in the future. He was helpful and professional. He was a Biker and supported victims of domestic violence and promoted his Bikers against domestic violence. However a biker is a biker and he dived with dirty politics that he stillsupokrtsmynex husband over protecting victims. Mahee is tied into the biker issues. I am a victim of their leader and victim of domestic violence. Accordingly Goerge stated Mahee was making the decisions. He was not responsible fir the denial of contract with Uhaul afrter taking the funds. This group does not stop harming me and lying about me to create the perception of a trouble maker. My children have been abducted and I am facing a now8 year battle to save them from these cold blooded murderers and child abusers. I was not aware when I rented the vehicle that Grease Mkmieis it Mahee would work fir teerprism And criminal harrassment if me. As Hells Amgeks and East Indian Mafias has stolen millions from me and falsely accused me clear across the board. Harming my healthy character and promoting religiousoersscitio and police harrassment for entertainment. I am not sure how much involvement in either shed is actually responsible for the slander and police harrassment and abuse of faked grounds. The Eetailrr had my phone number and had texted me previously. He did not attempt to contact me. Just to have he harmed and falsely accused in police databases. I told him that I may have to rent it longer. I did not have an estimated time I would be using it. Uhaul over the phone extended my use of the vehicle. They said just pay the retail owner 750.00 and we will extend it. I paid 758.00 to the retailer owner for 2 weeks extension. And a few days over. It was excepted. Then I was denied services. To cause a public scene and stress me fir no reason at all. However due to the vamboozle and stress it caused. Uhaul did honour the financial agreement as it took the extension payment. I had 4 days left on the contract according to the 2 week extension. And as I had called in and extended the use of the vehicle to Tuesday. As I was unloading and very fatigued from all the eirk I was doing alone Tuesday. I had not called in to verify the extension to Wednesday. As I needed to mop, sweep and vacuum out the vehicle as some of my boxes and bags had turn as was not truly up to my standards on returning it. I did not get a Vance to return it properly cleaned. Another humiliation. However I was rudely pulled over by an officer of the law statingvI had commited a federal felony of stealing a vehicle. I did not! I was returning it that afternoon afrter cleaning it out. As it was not actually stolen and I actually had 4 days left due to the financial payment to the retailer and his taking the payment for extension. It was 4 days early. The police had the vehicle towed. However this disrupted paperwork and my final bill of kilometres. And no one seems to send the bill. . As all I owe is kilometres. I am unde tye understanding that Latin. Cartel and cartel families are also taking part in a global attack on running these criminal attacks and false allegations against me. It’s all gang and mafia associated retailers and like Mahee management. Participating in victimizing victims of these criminal organizations. However due to the gross humiliation and abuse of me because of this slander and lie. And the harrassment and embarrassment I have suffered due to Mahee, vancouver management, being a part of a gang and mafia attack for East Indians in Canada. We rented a truck for a business delivery and had to drive over the pass in the middle of the winter. we rented a 26ft and it does not come with winter tires or chains making it illegal for us to drive over the pass. I had to purchase brand new $400.00 chains for the exact tire size just to make it legal for us to drive.. on top of that the trucks transmission barely got us there and back.

Uhaul website initially messed up my order. Wild considering I put it into the website and it still came up wrong when I came to pick it up. Location and business I picked it up from was good. Quoted for $242.00 to move an hour away. Which I thought was steep. I thought uhaul was supposed to be an affordable way to move. Could not believe when I had a final invoice of $562.00. That’s over half my rent for the month when I payed for all of the gas and even filled it up full when I was only supposed to 3/4. Will never use uhaul again. This company is criminal.

The cab and rear of unit were not well swept. We ordered a 26' and u haul reserved a carg o van for us. George at Monkeywerx was excellent. He was able to secure a 20' for us which was better than a cargo van. I would request some kind of refund for our trouble. If I had not phoned the day before to confirm my reservation, it would have been a disaster. U haul failed us by booking the wrong vehicle. Anti up U haul...

The lock system was horrible. We tried for 45 min with the chat line to get the code for the locks. Very frustrating to say the least, talked to four different individuals and all seemed no help. 🤨
