My reservation was changed to a different location after I made it, which is fine. The location did not update online when I logged in, so we first went to the wrong location. Partially my fault. Then we go to Grease Monkey and are told they have no working trucks and we are at the wrong location. We tell them we already were at the other location and they say sorry not us. So then we call the U-Haul number to get some help. We are placed on hold for greater than 20 minutes. We hung up at that point with the intention of canceling the reservation and going with a different company. A few minutes later I received a call from the manager of grease monkey telling us there was some confusion and we should come back. When we get there, we are met with defensiveness and insisting it was not the person at the-desk’s fault. No apology. It is now 1.5 hours after our reservation time. We are very understanding people and I would not be writing this if we even got somewhat of a sincere sorry for messing up and wasting so much of your time. This was a horrible experience and I am not sure we will consider using U-Haul again.

I was the only customer there to pick up my U-Haul that I actually ordered at another location and was told to go to grease monkey I was probably their first U-Haul I’ve ever checked out and I was there for 45 minutes. They had no idea what they were doing. I get in the U-Haul and I there is a service light on talking about the tires system basically and when I told them they said, let me just put air in your tires and if it doesn’t go off, you know or it should go off and you know when you drive it well, it never went off so I probably drove dangerously from Phoenix to Scott sales the storage unit and then when I came back. I went to drop it off at the location. I ordered the U-Haul at because I did not want to go back to grease monkey and then I see that you guys wanna charge me even more money I did wind up going back to grease monkey and returning it through the lockbox, but I am entitled to a credit of some sort for the inconvenience. The lack of training at the facility you guys sent me to and on top of it driving an unsafe U-Haul, which I complained about and instead of upgrading me or giving me something different. They said you should be fine. You should be fine very unprofessional. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and I’ve had no problem with U-Haul before ever in my life.. I would like my hundred dollar deposit put back in my account and a credit of some sort for this awful experience I had
