I have used you for my past 3 moves but will consider other companies next time. I rented this June 28th and still July 14th receiving text and email that I owe you money for tolls. Per your customer service this is stated in my contract. However just wait until all tolls come in because you are charging a $1 admin fee for each time you send this to me. Not good business. It looks like just another way for U-haul to make money. Do better. Sincerely Dana

Price wasn’t what I was quoted. Charles also for safe move which I declined. Not very happy my $20 turned into $84 hopefully when it finalizes my bank the promised adjustments were made
