Three weeks in advance I reserved a truck, furniture pads, and auto hauler trailer at a location 5 miles from my home, I was notified the night before pickup that I would have to pick up the truck 15 mikes from my home then go another 18 miles to pick up the trailer. Neither location had the furniture oases so I had to pick those up at the place I had originally reserved the equipment. It would have been much easier for me to pick everything up at the location from which I reserved it. Upon returning the equipment I had to drop the trailer in one location and the truck and furniture pads in another location.

The UHaul experience was great. However…wow, the price was way higher than the 19.95 rate listed on the side of the truck!!! That 19.95 feels Like a trick. It is really 19.95, plus 19.95 per hour, plus mileage. Ridiculous. Please figure out a way to give us an overall estimate that is closer to the actual rate that we will pay. The employee lower that assisted us was wonderful.

Stephanie GHave a truck that is well maintained. The truck we were given needs to be in the shop. It ran rough and sounded like crap. The staff at Ryno road were not very quick. It seemed like they didnt know what they were doing.
Terry SExperience will be the main factor. Not sure how many trucks they had rented prior to ours. They were apologetic for the time it took, but we were happy to find a local place to pick up and return.
