Have a truck that is well maintained. The truck we were given needs to be in the shop. It ran rough and sounded like crap. The staff at Ryno road were not very quick. It seemed like they didnt know what they were doing.

Experience will be the main factor. Not sure how many trucks they had rented prior to ours. They were apologetic for the time it took, but we were happy to find a local place to pick up and return.
