Very poor service. The individual who serviced me was extremely rude through the whole process.
MONICA DThe lady at the counter wasn't the friendliest. She didn't explain the steps when we picked up the equipment, we had to blunder though it. Then the guy who did the walk around on the truck didn't give us the keys so we had to look for him.
DONALD LThe vehicle itself was in good condition. I would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service that is offered here. Our mom and I were treated badly by the female owner and we do not recommend anyone use their services.

Aaron JThe right brake/turn light shorted out about halfway thru my trip. I was a bit worried about the safety the rest of the way. When I mentioned this to the drop off location they told me to contact the pick up location to potentially receive a discount. My truck taillight blinker worked fine so it was definitely the tow dolly.
tom hCharge for what the customer actually gets. I ordered an appliance dolly and received a utility dolly instead. When I received my bill I was charged for both dollys.

Herman PIt was easy to find. Plenty of parking. They directed me where I needed to get my truck in the lot to get hooked-up quickly. The staff were helpful and efficient. Great U-haul dealers! Lots of packing and shipping supplies too.

EDMUND JThe lady clerk was so rude and nasty to us. She used derogatory words and talked down to us. I have never been treated this way at any establishment. How can you have someone like this represent Uhaul? Aweful human. I wanted to leave but we unfortunately needed the truck for the day. She was so rude, so made me cry and told me I was acting stupid. Ummm, lady you just hurt my feelings. I'll never go back to this store and I'll go to my social media to promote no one else does either.

ROBERT LThe store was closed. I was told to use the app and the location would not load. I had to call support and the hold time was 15 minutes. I was then told to use the on line version. This took way to long and was not user friendly at all. The scan would not work for my driver's license either. This process delayed me picking up the truck by an hour. It was super frustrating. It would have been better to have the store call me and give me the box and code directly.
KRISTEN MI dropped off the trailer I had rented on a Sunday, when they were closed, but I had called a few days earlier to double-check that the Sunday drop off would be okay and there didn't need to be anyone there in person to receive the trailer. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and nice.

Juan C1) I was suprised that I was ask d to clean the floors inside and out upon return. I have never been asked to do that before, 2) appointment was for 7am, but answering system said they didn’t open until 8:00 am, we showed up around 8:30am and it was suggested that they were about to cancel our reservation because we were so late. Perhaps they could have called me to ask about our reservation if they had an issue. Otherwise fine.
Craig KHire some new employees that aren't more interested in smoking weed in the parking lot, instead of doing their damn job! And also, the females inside are absolutely useless and not worth paying to keep around. How do you LOSE truck keys??
Caleb PI had ordered blankets to help protect our furniture. However, when we picked up the truck, the employee informed us that she had no blankets available and had not for quite some time. She did offer to give us an 800 number to call but we planned to load the truck that morning and leave. Advanced notification, removal of the selection from the webpage, or U-Haul providing blankets to this company to support the requested service would have been helpful. We could have made other arrangements in advance of our pickup.
Elizabeth BStaff at the location in Greeley were good, not the most friendly. I am highly disappointed in uhaul however, I had to add an extra 1 hour and 20 minutes into my moving process commuting to get the truck and bring it back. Moving is stressful.. staff calling the day before the move to say a truck isn’t available in a preferred location is frustrating

She said why don’t you have hearing aids it was really really rude and then because I kept yes I kept the truck too long but I paid for it. it’s not like I didn’t pay paid for it, and she looked at me and said I will never Rent to you again.

jordan sThe truck was clean inside. But the outside of the truck was filthy, and didn't realize how unsafe it was to drive until the sun went down. With newer vehicles having headlights that throw brighter beams I couldn't see the lane recognition. I had to find a safe place to pull over & had to clean them 3 times until I felt safe enough to drive the truck to our destination.
Billy TRent for a day means a day not 4 hours. This is false advertising. Also tried to cheat me on amount of gas. Will never use this location again.

Richard EThis location was excellent to rent from. The issues lie in the uhaul app. Uhaul needs to improve location accuracy, ease of use and set up a business access for people who utilize uhaul frequently.

EDMUND JI dropped this off on a day the store was closed and used the U-Haul app. The app did not work and had to chat with support to finalize my return. This location shares a very small parking lot and my 26' rental truck barely fit. I have no issues with the rental locations themselves, just the on-line and app driven service that U-Haul offers.

No matter what I do I can never find my location to return. My vehicle, but Greeley shoppers always helps out. Thanks again guys.
