The lady calls a day before and leaves a ton of information one is expected to remember. On site she was even ruder when asked questions about problems using the app, even saying things like “I told you this on the phone” Zero empathy or customer service skills. Very disappointed in the service.

The front lady was super rude, she doesn’t know what is costumer service, we told her that this was the first time renting a moving truck and she literally was laughing at us and talking to us as we were stupid, definitely not coming back to this place again.

Additionally, since the contract took so long and no one made sure that I was able to complete the walkthru and make sure the vehicle worked.
SARAH KLower prices less time w equipment Colorado to Montana. 736 bucks for open haul car trailer, with 4 day. Cut the days in half, and lower price down 300-350 bucks. Make it affordable. High rates was only issue. But when there's only one company renting trailer one way they got the market lovked in. Offer 2 or 4 day options w better pricing. I was back home within 12 hours of renting trailer. But damn sure wasn't gon̈na return it early. Unfair if you do they rent it right back out which should be illegal. That's double dipping
LANCE BWhen the trailer was installed they never put the safety pin underneath the ball hitch. It was closed and properly seated on the hitch but I would have just liked that last extra bit of security.

While her demeanor improved upon my return, her initial behavior was unacceptable for someone in a leadership position. I was left with a strong impression that the customer service at this location needs serious improvement, starting from the top.

The person fitting the trailer was completely condescending when asked about basic safety things such as parking or reversing with the trailer.

RANDY TThis location was great, however..... Horrible communication, rude main number people. In the local offices (private vendors) nice as all get out! Reserved truck multiple times because it was mysteriously canceled over and over. Cause of their mess ups we lost over half our stuff due to moving cross country in a freaking 15 foot truck for 5 people and pets! I have never been treated this poorly by u-haul, and I am in disbelief at how they don't do their job, and they just flat don't care. Very unsatisfied with their supposed customer service.
