Truck was not full of gas and was dirty inside, worker lady also was rude and made me search all the trucks for the appliance dolly she refused to get for me even though I paid for it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkYour trailer do not come with trailer jacks for some ungodly reason. Situations require the trailer to be detached from the vehicle to load and unload. When returning they wanted me to possibly hurt myself lifting the trailer from the truck hitch. Won’t rent from u haul going forward.

On site she was even ruder when asked questions about problems using the app, even saying things like “I told you this on the phone” Zero empathy or customer service skills. Very disappointed in the service.
