The lady at the counter wasn't the friendliest. She didn't explain the steps when we picked up the equipment, we had to blunder though it. Then the guy who did the walk around on the truck didn't give us the keys so we had to look for him.

The vehicle itself was in good condition. I would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service that is offered here. Our mom and I were treated badly by the female owner and we do not recommend anyone use their services.

Aaron JThe right brake/turn light shorted out about halfway thru my trip. I was a bit worried about the safety the rest of the way. When I mentioned this to the drop off location they told me to contact the pick up location to potentially receive a discount. My truck taillight blinker worked fine so it was definitely the tow dolly.
tom hCharge for what the customer actually gets. I ordered an appliance dolly and received a utility dolly instead. When I received my bill I was charged for both dollys.
