My requested pickup location was changed to 40 miles away 2 days before the move. I understand that they cannot guarantee location, but my promised ride was for a mile or 2, not an 80 mile round trip, so I had to take an Uber which was expensive. Then the help was rude and their supplies outrageously overpriced. I understand their business may have suffered fro Covid19, but price gouging is not a solution.
Use this location frequently. Customer service is second to none. Great people to work with.
Do not allow the 1 800 number personnel to change your rental days without discussing with the customer.
We waited 30 mins just to pick up a trailer. the lady was obviously annoyed that we didnt complete a precheck in - that we didnt even know to do. The return process was dependent on is having a smart phone with taking picture etc. Someone should be there working if they want to verify it not us having to do there jobs. First time having to do all this and it was like we are doing employee or owners jobs for them - we were busy with moving and hauling all day and didn't like these added steps to the last place we rented from.
This place was really nice with good people
Don't over charge people. My husband took a screen shot of what the charges would be and then we got charged more than what it said when he returned it.

Online check-in was horrific. It took almost and Hour to pick up the truck because of extensive online check in service. Too many hoops to jump through when proper documentation was already provided a Month before when reserving the truck. We lost valuable time that we paid for already due to inadequate check-in procedures. We will not be using or recommending U Haul again. We've had bad experiences with U Haul in the past, this was the last chance we were willing to give this company our business. We will no long give this company our business.
Upon picking up the uhaul, the woman there was very rude that I was unable to check in online.
When I was ready to return trailer, the office was closed on Sat. I had to find another drop off location to leave trailer. If I had waited until Mon to return trailer I would have had to pay late charges. The pickup location should have know about drop off location business hours.
Customer service was horrible the lady that was helping me was rude and when I asked for a receipt she told me if I wanna wait 2 hours so she could go get ink for the printer. I would never go back there again
broken glass fragment inside the truck. manager of the place was rude.
Our reservation was for In town and we ended up picking up 60 miles away. We got a call the day before at 4 pm confirming our reservation informing us of the new pick up location. While I understand this happens it is unreasonable not to have our equipment at the location we requested a week in advance; let alone notifying us less than 24 hours from pick up especially over an hour EACH WAY out of the way. Poor form and tainted my previously good experiences with uhaul.
I had our trailer unhitch during the trip. Once I arrived to the location, the u-haul representative did not care about us. He was more worried about doing the equipment check than really asking about our well-being and pointing us to the help we needed. Very unsatisfied and I hope this is a one time incident.

My wife was told by U-Haul that we were to drop off car trailer at this location by 5:00 pm, we got there at 4:30 and the place was closed, not Greeley shippers supply, U-Haul didn't give us the correct information, my wife had to call U-Haul several times before we finally got a lady who was able to walk us through how to return the trailer
The difficult part was completing the self check in while it was snowing. The snow and ice through the night had covered all the truck numbers so my husband had to crawl up on trucks with a scraper to locate the numbers. It was very dangerous due to the slick conditions. I would suggest employees of Uhaul tend to situations like this before customers show to pick up their rentals so customers do not get hurt following company directions.
Man was unpleasant. Got charge after hours service fee because I didn't self checkin. Had ploblems with web page, need to get refunded this fee.
