I dropped this off on a day the store was closed and used the U-Haul app. The app did not work and had to chat with support to finalize my return. This location shares a very small parking lot and my 26' rental truck barely fit. I have no issues with the rental locations themselves, just the on-line and app driven service that U-Haul offers.
