I used mobile check in at GreenApple food mart. This process was anything but easy with the store attendants having no clue what they were doing!!! I returned the Uhaul 2 hours a, later, but apparently the Uhaul representatives could not be bothered the close out the ticket in a timely manor. I received a $230 bill because Uhaul things I kept their truck for 9 days!!! How insane is that?!?! Now I have to go through all the trouble of proving I returned the truck the same day and fight for my refund, all because the have inept authorized representatives!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The location is trying to billed twice for two different amounts
Annie LShittiest experience I ever had as a renter. Would never in my life use Uhaul again even if it meant It were the only means of escape on judgement day. Poorly maintained, reeked of cigarettes. Upon pickup was on low fuel I put $40 in and still was charged extra. Fuck U haul.
