Trailer came off the hitch and damaged my truck on the same day that U Haul put it on. Also they did not take the time to verify that the turn and brake lights worked.
Clarke VNothing, you did a great job and were very helpful
Brandon EGreat service and very friendly and helpful...
Billy WThey were remodeling, but they could not have improved on their customer care at all. They were excellent.
Mary RThe gentlemen at the Decatur Texas location was great in returning the truck and trailer.
Kathleen CThe man working the desk, helped me load and unload the trailer in high temps! He’s remarkable to work with, went over all documentation and help me load and unload, upon return. Great to deal with.
