Aaron P.We originally ordered at 26ft truck to be picked up at 10pm on the 17th. The show up on time but the website/app wasn't working cuz the website was down. We called for assistance and since the website was down there was nothing they could do so we had to reschedule our pick up time to be the next morning at 6am (the 18th). We show up once again on time and go through the process to find that the truck we were assigned wasn't at that location and we had to settle on a 20ft truck instead. An hour later and we are finally leaving the pick up location…we have request the $50 money back for the compensation but are request more for all the inconvenience this has caused us. During the stress of moving this was the last annoyance I wanted to handle and alot more driving than was needed!

Aaron D.The staff was friendly and nice. They did not clean out the back of the truck through and my friend cut his hand earlier in the day on glass. As we were loading the truck I noticed a large pile of broken clear glass. As I am loading cloth covered furniture and children's clothing this was a huge issue. I took photos of this, but could not take the time to reach out to anyone as we needed to get everything loaded and moved. I typically only rent from Uhaul, but after this Im not sure anymore

Sharilee C.The business owner was kind and helpful, but moving blankets were left outside and were wet and full of pollen, we had to put them out in the sun to dry and I feel like I'll be finding dirt from them on my stuff a year from now. It was also a pain in the rear to check in when I arrived, but that's U-Haul fault not the business. It took us 45 minutes to get through the check in to pick up the truck. Drop off was much less painful.

Shatedius B.The truck was dirty inside the cabin. There were stains and build-up in the cup holders, the cabin had an odd dirty smell, the steering wheel was sticky and filthy, the windshield had to try sap all over it, and overall the exterior was dirty.

Mary jo J.The truck had the low tire pressure symbol on. The owner talked politics the entire time I was trying to pickup the truck. They didn't check me out when I dropped off, just tool the key. Then I was charged more miles than I went.

Willam K.Well we're I was sent to the lady was very rude and I feel she was racist. I greeted her with a good morning 3 times before I got a response. I'm currently being charged for an extra day when the drop off date was today. I'm being charged for gas that wasn't even in the truck when I received it . I asked for paperwork for the truck and was told that it would be emailed to me. When I did receive the email in the spot we're I was supposed to sign someone had scribble in the spot . I was never allowed to see the arrangement only was told that I would receive the email. I feel that People of color are not welcome at the location at all . The truck ran perfectly .

Took us 30 min or better just to pick up the truck, very frustrating start. Also the daily rate charge plus charge by the mile. Then had to put fuel in it, I think their are other options that would have been a better value !!

For one they charged my twice , now I'm out 80 bucks that I didn't authorize them to charge me on top of the 75 bucks that I agreed to. The truck also wasn't sealed I guess because the roof let tons of rain in and ruined several of my belongings by the time I realized the inside of the truck was flooded … wouldn't recommend to anyone staff was incredibly rude and talked to me like I was stupid when I asked them how to return the vehicle… terrible experience

I had to reset my password 4 times, called twice and was put on hold 10 minutes each time, wasn't told that the alternate phone called had to verify before I could continue to check in, and had to call an emergency number because the lockbox wouldn't open. The location and person helping was excellent, and the truck was very nice, but the after hours checkin was not.

Bianca T.I had called to double check the hours. Was told we open at 10. But, won't be ready until 10:15. Need time to get system up and running. That's bullshit!. They were true to their words. No one showed up til 10:20. I had to call the district manager who happened to be in the area. By the time he got there the people were there. He didn't speak to me because the guys were there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I feel I should be compensated for all the aggravation I went thru. Will NEVER use this location again!!!!!!!!! Oh, one more thing. While I was checking the truck out one of the workers was like I need this truck moved, kept saying that. And kept asking us to move our cars. Guess what!?!? Had you been on time we would have been gone. Absolutely rude!!!
