I arrived at this location exactly at 10:30 AM per my pick up time they did not know there were any reservations in the truck was not prepared already. There was no one there to process the pick up. I kept being given excuses that someone was on their way. The person that was to do the rental process. I had two employees that I was paying that met me at the Location. You can look at the time stamp when the pick up was done it took well over one hour of my time and two employees that I was paying it was a terrible experience and was told they were going to credit me which I did not see my statement when I was charged

Where do i start? Truck was ordered at a different location days ahead. On the day I was to pick up the truck, I decided to call to see if ready, that's when whomever I spoke to told me the truck wasn't there and they made a reservation for me elsewhere. A phone call would've been nice right? Mind you, it's a Saturday, I was told the new location doesn't open till 10:30. What a set back. I'm at the new place at 10:25. No one showed until 11. While waiting, I've been trying to call Uhaul only to be left on hold listening to pre-recorded messages over & over. When the person finally decided to arrive, they told me I could've picked up the truck early through an app. Well, how the heck was i to know that when I was never told? They offered no assistance, told me everything needed to be done through the app. Mind you again, I had all this taken care of over the phone when I first reserved the truck. The fact that TH THEY changed my location messed up my reservation. The agents here need to be better trained in customer service & informing their customers of EVERYTHING that comes along with renting a truck instead of assuming. I will not go to this location again, nor do I recommend it. Poor service. Simply Poor.
saifuddin STHE VEHICLE WAS ON EMPTY WHEN PICKED UP AND BROKE DOWN 3 TIMES DURING RENTAL. THE MECHANIC CAME TO REPAIR AND DIDNT DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE CORRECTLY WHICH AFTERWARDS BROKE DOWN AGAIN CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO BE TOWED DUE TO INABILITY TO START AND DRIVE. I LOST 2 DAYS OF USAGE AND WAS STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE
LOUIS WThe box section was clean but smelled really strong like old cat pee carpet. Much milder smell after having the door open a lot but still stunk. That was the only issue
