We originally ordered at 26ft truck to be picked up at 10pm on the 17th. The show up on time but the website/app wasn't working cuz the website was down. We called for assistance and since the website was down there was nothing they could do so we had to reschedule our pick up time to be the next morning at 6am (the 18th). We show up once again on time and go through the process to find that the truck we were assigned wasn't at that location and we had to settle on a 20ft truck instead. An hour later and we are finally leaving the pick up locationâ€¦we have request the $50 money back for the compensation but are request more for all the inconvenience this has caused us. During the stress of moving this was the last annoyance I wanted to handle and alot more driving than was needed!Mya R.

The staff was friendly and nice. They did not clean out the back of the truck through and my friend cut his hand earlier in the day on glass. As we were loading the truck I noticed a large pile of broken clear glass. As I am loading cloth covered furniture and children's clothing this was a huge issue. I took photos of this, but could not take the time to reach out to anyone as we needed to get everything loaded and moved. I typically only rent from Uhaul, but after this Im not sure anymoreCharles M.
