When I received the truck there was SIX (6) miles to empty!!!!!! What?!? With the way these trucks go through gas, I was very lucky to make it to a gas station before running out.

Tyrone WAlthough the staff at this location were friendly and tried to assist, the app was down and what should have been a five-minute process took over an hour. With no alternative way to check in outside of the app—and the location’s system also being down—the experience became extremely frustrating. U-Haul, this is an area where the user experience needs improvement, as this situation was unacceptable.
