This was my second time renting from this location within a weeks time frame. The young lady at the location is amazing but the older gentleman there is rude an unhelpful as heck. He's the sole reason I will not rent from this location ever again and will not refer anyone to this location.

Brenda RI arrived at this location exactly at 10:30 AM per my pick up time they did not know there were any reservations in the truck was not prepared already. There was no one there to process the pick up. I kept being given excuses that someone was on their way. The person that was to do the rental process. I had two employees that I was paying that met me at the Location. You can look at the time stamp when the pick up was done it took well over one hour of my time and two employees that I was paying it was a terrible experience and was told they were going to credit me which I did not see my statement when I was charged
jack mWhere do i start? Truck was ordered at a different location days ahead. On the day I was to pick up the truck, I decided to call to see if ready, that's when whomever I spoke to told me the truck wasn't there and they made a reservation for me elsewhere. A phone call would've been nice right? Mind you, it's a Saturday, I was told the new location doesn't open till 10:30. What a set back. I'm at the new place at 10:25. No one showed until 11. While waiting, I've been trying to call Uhaul only to be left on hold listening to pre-recorded messages over & over. When the person finally decided to arrive, they told me I could've picked up the truck early through an app. Well, how the heck was i to know that when I was never told? They offered no assistance, told me everything needed to be done through the app. Mind you again, I had all this taken care of over the phone when I first reserved the truck. The fact that TH THEY changed my location messed up my reservation. The agents here need to be better trained in customer service & informing their customers of EVERYTHING that comes along with renting a truck instead of assuming. I will not go to this location again, nor do I recommend it. Poor service. Simply Poor.
saifuddin STHE VEHICLE WAS ON EMPTY WHEN PICKED UP AND BROKE DOWN 3 TIMES DURING RENTAL. THE MECHANIC CAME TO REPAIR AND DIDNT DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE CORRECTLY WHICH AFTERWARDS BROKE DOWN AGAIN CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO BE TOWED DUE TO INABILITY TO START AND DRIVE. I LOST 2 DAYS OF USAGE AND WAS STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE
LOUIS WThe box section was clean but smelled really strong like old cat pee carpet. Much milder smell after having the door open a lot but still stunk. That was the only issue

Howard AWe wasted nearly 2 hours in the morning because we were not given clear instructions about where the truck would be parked at this location. We had no idea where it was & them had to wait an additional 20 min in a Que for customer support. Made our long day even longer!

Pamela CEverything was fine they didn't inspect it when I returned it just asked if all was okay. In my case Everything went well but I'd imagine some people might damage property and not repair it. So inspection of the trailer would be wise. I worked for uhaul years ago and checked in a truck that turned out was full of trash. I didn't look inside the box my fault we had to clean it out if I remember not fun

Jacqueline JI was not informed of the one free month of storage because I rented the truck for a one way rental. I would have taken that deal but did know until I was unloading. Other than that my experience was good.

Scott SHead light on right side of the truck was out got pulled over 50 minutes from picking up the truck. Just was a nightmare went home and in morning only got to move some stuff before the truck due back.but not all :( wish head light wasn't out....

Aaron PWe originally ordered at 26ft truck to be picked up at 10pm on the 17th. The show up on time but the website/app wasn’t working cuz the website was down. We called for assistance and since the website was down there was nothing they could do so we had to reschedule our pick up time to be the next morning at 6am (the 18th). We show up once again on time and go through the process to find that the truck we were assigned wasn’t at that location and we had to settle on a 20ft truck instead. An hour later and we are finally leaving the pick up location…we have request the $50 money back for the compensation but are request more for all the inconvenience this has caused us. During the stress of moving this was the last annoyance I wanted to handle and alot more driving than was needed!
Mya RAna is one of the rudest and most condescending person I've ever encountered! Unprofessional is an understatement so it goes without saying that I'll never rent a uhaul from this location again nor would I ever recommend anyone to do so.
Aaron DThe staff was friendly and nice. They did not clean out the back of the truck through and my friend cut his hand earlier in the day on glass. As we were loading the truck I noticed a large pile of broken clear glass. As I am loading cloth covered furniture and children's clothing this was a huge issue. I took photos of this, but could not take the time to reach out to anyone as we needed to get everything loaded and moved. I typically only rent from Uhaul, but after this Im not sure anymore
