Very convenient. Friendly check-in. The only issue was the lack of a proper connector for lights/signals. There should be equipment available sufficient to ensure connectivity. We solved the problem, but some people won't.

ERICH CI rented the Uhaul Sunday from Georgia to return to Mississippi on Monday apparently Haley is the go to person. We'll I handed her the keys on Monday and never received my receipt. I went to the store on Tuesday nothing. Wednesday nothing. Finally on Thursday after repeating my name a few times, she wrote my name down, and she sent me someone else receipt. After I left the store I realized that wasn't my name. Texted her my full name and finally received the correct receipt. They should have more people to handle this because she might be overworked. She's very nonchalant which isn't good working in customer service. I would only recommend because it's the only one in town!

japonica HNOTE: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING UHAUL TO ANYONE WITH THEIR BAIT & SWITCH TACTICS. I MADE SEVERAL RESVS OVER THE PHONE AND I WAS AWARE THE PRICE WOULD CHANGE BUT IT WAS A $500+ DIFFERENCE AT TIME OF PICK UP. IF I HAD THE TIME TO USE ANOTHER OPTION; I WOULD HAVE!!! I DESERVE TO BE REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE BACK. BOTH LADIES AT EACH LOCATION WERE GREAT. IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT WHICH IS WHY THEIR GRADES WERE HIGH. Howard HI recommend this uhaul company whenever you move. The online reservation was quick and easy and I didn’t a pay an arm and a leg for my truck. I am glad I chose them.
Dinisha EAssociate girl who helped was rudest, unprofessional and non customer service person I have ever experienced. She even told me I was rude and tried to tell her what she was doing. She could not comprehend that 24 hours is 1 day and I was being charged for 2 days instead of 1 day. It took corporate uhaul customer service to resolve the problem of only a 1 day charge. This person needs a severe lesson in customer service!
Va HMy order got completely messed up. My experience was poor. I paid in cash so I had to pay a deposit that I have yet to get back 2 days later because the store made errors when I came to return my U-Haul.

Dan SThe pick up location was not prepared for our appointment time. The truck had not been cleaned, and as far as I could tell p.m.ed for safety of a trip of over 600 miles either! We were not able to take the time for them to correct the matters especially because we had to drive 25 minutes out of the way to pick that vehicle up at a different location than requested from the beginning. The truck being dirty on interior, cab and box meant that our belongings also got dirty.! We are not pleased with the service we got for the amount of money we paid for it! No offer of compensation was given, and this will greatly deter us from using your business again.

Ocsar HI reserved a truck 2 weeks out. Uhaul would not transport to where I requested. I had to drive 80 miles out of my way to get this truck. This is a gas station. Truck had French fries and junk, dirt, trash all over the cab. In the back there was an old broken appliance - dryer all busted and in pieces. Broken plastic, dryer lent and dirt all over. The gas tank was only half full, I had to put $45 of gas before I left their parking lot. They obviously don’t check anything. If you need a place to dump off a dirty truck, this is the place.

Lee VNot be so misleading with your price, I was told a 5x8 pull behind was going to be $18 , when I arrived and got the uhaul the price was $64 , and I returned it the next morning I was charge another $20 , making the price $84 for a product y’all said would be $18.
PHIL WI made reservation for 7:30am but was unaware they do not open until 8:00am. This would have been nice to know on website when reserving.

Nicholas DThere was nowhere to park uhaul. The lady tried to tell me that they couldn’t do a return during lunch. Parking lot was nasty. A drain from the restaurant runs into parking lot. There was rotten food in the lot which smelled terrible.
James RStaff in Louisville, MS were great. Truck was in perfect shape and the air conditioner worked. Would definitely use this location again.
