The girl at the counter was not very helpful. She said their system was down and even though the truck I reserved was there she could not rent it to me. I told her I had a confirmation email from the 9th saying my truck was there and ready to pick up. She said I could try to drive to Starkville and get a truck or call National but that did not work on Sunday. I called National and Angela was wonderful and called Gregory’s while I was there to get it all sorted out. Then we got the truck and the furniture pads. But the girl there did not know how to solve the problem and she did not seem to really care. But she was not rude. I would only recommend it to a friend because of the location. And they did have the truck, it was full of gas, it was clean. It drove great. They just did not know how to handle the situation and did not care.
